Absolutely terrible! Me and my family wanted to go there for lunch yesterday. Right when we got there, we told them how many adults and kids there were. My grandma had to mention that the one going to be charged as a kid is my 10 year old cousin because she’s taller than an average 10 year old. After that, the cashier told my grandma that she is going to charge my 10 year old cousin as a adult. My whole entire family was confused and had to discuss it with the cashier. (One of the policies there is that anyone 10 AND UNDER are to be charged as a kid.)The cashier didn’t believe that my cousin was 10, so we had to show them her birth certificate. After we showed them they said, “ She turned 10 in August, it’s October already.” We were even more confused. Then she said, “ She is no longer 10 years old because 2 months have passed by already.” So then we said, “ So you’re not going to charge her as a kid because she’s apparently 10 years and 2 months old?” and the cashier said, “ Yes.” 😑 We then decided to talk to the manager (which surprisingly wasn’t physically present, so we had to talk to them through a phone🙄) and they BANNED us from the buffet. LIKE WTF😧 This is possibly the absolute WORST service me and my family have ever encountered in our...
Read moreManager or owner (did not get his name) was not very accommodating towards my group of twenty-five despite being informed about my group two hours prior. At the two hour mark when I called to say my group would be fifteen minutes late, no one knew anything about my group. The owner or manager did not want to have tables pushed together and stated that the time my group had chosen was not convenient for the restaurant. I proceeded to tell him that he should have told me earlier and I would have my group go elsewhere. At the end of our group celebration as everyone was starting to leave, he came over to me and said, "You here 6-7 hour. Tip not included." I told him that I was aware that tip was not included (I had every intention of leaving a substantial tip and I did). Since I was stunned that he approached me, I did not correct the fact that my group was there only three hours. Although the food is good, my group and I will go elsewhere from this point forward. May others have a better experience than we did. One more thing, the tables are extremely close together so the dining area is not comfortable for those in wheelchairs or who...
Read moreThe food looked great and all, but everything was cold. If it wasn't fully cold it was half cold. The warmest thing I had was the egg soup they have, and I'm saying WARM. Not hot. Ik they're not supposed to have it excruciatingly hot, but it could have at least been hotter then warm close to cold. Besides the food, the serves weren't very friendly. While the place was crowded, I'd run into some by accident and I'd say sorry and or excuse me and no acknowledgement what so ever. Same with the sever we had. She asked for our drinks, we said which we wanted and said please and thank you, no response. She would just walk away. Came back with the drinks, left them. We said thank you, again she just walked away. No response. The rest of the time just no acknowledgement from any waiters what so ever. The only friendly person we had today was the female cashier with dyed red hair. Another bright side to this story is that the fountain...
