Currently live in LasVegas. I drove all the way to Buena Park, Cali for this specific bike because LasVegas Giant shops did not have it, sold out. I spoke with Alex on the phone before my trip. He said he would take care of me when i got there. An hour before i arrived, he called to confirm i was coming. Once arrived, i have never received an experience like this. My bike was waiting, few minor adjustments. I spent an hour there, well spent. He went over how to adjust the gears, went over the components of the bike. He had me test ride it outside to see if there we're any issues. The bike was amazing. I wanted some additional bling for the bike which some he did not have. Not to worry, he showed me on the computer what to buy and where to buy it online. I can only explain exceptional service, which Alex provided. I tried to give him some additional money but he would not take it. A true professional!!! Look no more, ask for Alex and you will be truly amazed at his knowledge...
Read moreSo I'm 36 years old and I'm buying my first bike and I know literally nothing about bicycles so I call around trying to get some information on a few bicycles I've been looking at but no one seemed to want to educate me on bicycles so I can feel confident about my purchase until I called this place and spoke to Alejandro...he was by far the friendliest and most professional person I had spoken too...he spent a bit of time with me on the phone and answered all my questions and invited me to come in and look at his inventory to maybe get a better idea of what I wanted.there were so many choices and options that i couldn't decide but Alejandro never lost his cool with me and simply wanted to make sure i got the bike I was going to be most happy with...long story short I received the best costumer service here and I couldn't be happier with my purchase which was the fathom 2.again thank you Alejandro for being the great and helpful...
Read moreI'm not angry, so much as I am disappointed. This store was my go-to for bikes and bike parts, and I have bought 2 Giant bikes with little issue over the last 8 years.
As of 2/13, I went back to the store to pick up a bike I dropped off for wheel repair and tire treads replacement 5 days ago, but they couldn't fix it at the agreed date. They then tried to charge me for a job they couldn't complete, which makes no sense. And to top it all off, they were rude when I refused to pay, saying "Alright, take it and get out." Get out? I will indeed get out and never come back.

The repair person tried to call me up to 16 times, 15 minutes before store closing. I do not believe that they were trying to call to apologize for their subpar customer service, but to start a fight of some kind. This only reinforces the negative feeling I have towards this store.
