Tacos Maggie — Restaurant in Buena Park

Edit: We came back and it took 1hr30mins for an order of 4 tacos. At first glanced, it didn’t look as busy as usual. I asked for an update on my order after 1 hr and they still took about 30mins more but at that point I asked for a refund and the order was instantly ready. I just thought it was an obscene amount of time for 4 tacos. They’re good tacos but they need a better method. And yes, I previously used the order ahead option and my order wasn’t ready. They started making it when I arrived. Again, this is my personal experience. Other people might have different experiences.

7/5 stars, quick accessible takeout, amazing food, the quesadillas better than brick and mortar Mexican restaurant quesadillas and the tacos are good, I love how they're open late and a very affordable but delicious option. I love the flavor! Flour tortilla quesadilla with beef tongue 🤤🤤 Buena Park should make art and landmarks in honor of these culinary heroes. Good flavor familiar, fresh, hot, juicy, well seasoned, good meat to cheese ratios and good cheese selection. There will be 2 other taco trucks "in the area" but I only go to the flashy truck that specifically says Maggie. Sure, their menu is half-legible, but you get the point when all the meats are repeated in other sections.

My favorites are the Tripa Mulitas, Carne Asada Tacos & Lengua Tacos. Their burritos are massive too.

Food prep is quick and you'll typically see a throng of people waiting especially around 7:30 PM.

The salsa in the yellow squeezer is amazing, which I think is a pineapple salsa. The pickled habanero onions could be dangerous, but worth it!

The cucumbers can be a hit or miss though. I've bitten into some old ones before but no big deal, we're there for the TACOS.
