Might be an okay place to order new plumbing, but I would warn against ever purchasing any of their display merchandise (more on that later). They have a nice selection of top-end merchandise. I wanted top-end merch so that it would last. Alas, the kitchen faucet I purchased broke in under 6 months. Apparently, top end faucets have more brass parts, but still not ALL brass parts--so the plastic interior part in my faucet broke. Even if the faucet is guaranteed, the cost of a plumber for replacement is astronomical. Interestingly, the less expensive faucets I got from Lowe's are still fine. As far as the display models are concerned, I purchased a display faucet that did not have the supply lines. Apparently, on this particular faucet the supply lines are pre-attached and you cannot just go and order replacements, though they did grab some supply lines off a different display faucet (pity the customer who eventually buys that one) to give me, though those did not work (two times I am paying for a plumber so far on this faucet). When I brought the faucet back, they were not interested in refunding my money since the display items are clearly labeled "nonrefundable." I thought that since they had taken off integral parts of the faucet without giving any notice of that (they said I should have not purchased if I didn't know the details of the product--such as what should come with it). After I was extremely vocal about my opinion on how I felt they were really not forthcoming, they did offer me another display faucet I could maybe use for my mother's bathroom remodel (but now I am feeling uncomfortable suggesting my mother use it as I don't want her to have to pay extra time on a plumber for an item that does not work). Anyway, this left a bad feeling for me on how they might handle customer problems down the road, especially since I purchased multiple faucets, a kitchen sink and a toilet from them in the preceding three months. Otherwise, when it comes to shopping, they were very willing to help me look around the showroom (though it takes many minutes to get a price on any item--they have to look up every price as they are not posted on the items). The first time I was there, the sales rep was very accommodating and said they would send a printout with what I was interested in and the prices, but the sales person misfiled or something and it took weeks for them to email me the info. Some things they have in stock, but for the most part, plan on having your item take at least a couple weeks to ship in. Anyway, feeling uneasy about how they might stand behind their products, I ended up purchasing the items I still needed: a Brondell bidet and a Kohler toilet, directly from the manufacturers and that worked...

Very disappointed with the service. Received my order on the wrong delivery date. When my husband called to say we were missed a glass door he didn't even receive an apology from our salesperson. When we installed the shower surround, we were once again missing the adhesive and bottom of door striping. I went into the store and once again didn't even receive an apology and I'm still waiting for the striping since I had to buy adhesive to install the surround. The quality is there but very very disappointed in the...
