If it were up to me, I wouldn’t even give this store one star. I had a horrible experience shopping here with my five-year-old and one-year-old. I came in looking for a new fragrance, smelling different options to decide which I liked. An employee with medium-length dark hair approached me and asked if I needed help. I politely told her I didn’t, and I continued shopping.
As I moved to the plug-in fragrance section, I noticed she was pretending to fix items right next to me, clearly following me. Then she called another worker over and told her to “watch me” because she thought I was stealing. I was the only person of color in the store at the time.
I felt humiliated and offended. I approached the second worker to let her know how disrespectful that was, and she even apologized, saying she didn’t know why her coworker asked her to do that. I also reported it to the cashier before leaving.

They all but seemed to ignore me and one of the sales girls was blatantly chatting with her friend. When she finally noticed I was waiting patiently, she walked away and proceeded to chat with a coworker. I would have understood if the store was busy, but it was almost empty when I was in. They should consider having an adult manage the shift since these younger teens arent very attentive. A lull in customer numbers is not an excuse to ignore...
