I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn ,in Burlington Massachusetts, August 6 7,8, three nights, reserved room one night under room rate of ,$65 a night plus taxes,total per night $72.12, then I renewed another night and then again another night, same ROOM, same Hilton honors guest, no difference no request for room upgrades, or amenities the room rate when checking on website was still listing the room as $65 with Hilton honors, I chose to renew , instead of moving out and making a new online reservation, yet I notice after that the HOTEL IS over charging me they charging me over $82.00 a night not what I agreed with, no what I reserved the room for, I do not approve or wanted to pay that much for a room, not when I was promised online via Hilton website and app I be paying $65 plus taxes, I could stayed anywhere else I chose to stay at that Hilton Garden Inn as a loyal Hilton honors guest. I also have a complaint to be made on August 9th, i awoke around 4 AM couldn't sleep any longer, so I turned on the television to watch some TV, every single channel was a blank black screen with words no signal, i was unable to watch any news,sports,weather, or tv shows or movies ON ANY channel at all. money I spent to have the ability to unwind and relax and watch TV was now not available that made last 4 to 5 hours terrible, also at 7:30 AM clearly well before the 12 noon checkout time required, the housekeeper comes knocking on door, to ask if I was checking out at 7:30 AM that is rude then she comes again since at 7:30 I didn't answer the door, as I was not dressed, and didn't expect anyone that early at the door, she then comes again at like 7:45AM, then i said yes i am later today she comes again at 9 AM as if she couldn't wait for me to leave like trying rush me out the hotel like she has some hot date to get to and doesn't care i am the guest, i have every right, to stay right up til 12 noon checkout not a second sooner, this made me livid, she then comes again at 10, i mean come on, why she find a need to rush you her job is clean a d make up rooms AFTER the guest leaves not rush a guest out of the hotel like they are an inconvenience to her job. Yes I understand it was a Sunday I checkedout and maybe the hotel has minimum staff on to clean so many rooms, but the front desk should have stated that or have a rule posted that in Saunders they ask guests to renew a nother night or checkout by 9 AM not post checkout is 12 noon regardless of the day or time of year. So based on Hilton promise to hilton guests, you state that is any part of your stay is not perfect say so and you make it right or you don't pay for that portion, sadly I was so ticked off by rude housekeeper, and no tv my very last day, even though it was last 8 hours I stayed there was the WORST, Between rude service and no tv, add the fact I was overcharged a bait and switch o feel say I be charged $65, but instead be charged $82, I feel I am owed something like either one full night free or at least total of $82.76 a refund in the over charged rate instead of being $65 plus 12% tax, equal to $72.80 a night i was charged 82.47 plus taxes to equal $92.18. Then if i calculated at $65 a night by the hour that is like $3.10 an hour for 21 hours 3 pm check in til 12 noon check out is ,3.10 an hour not including taxes so a rebate of the $57.96 I was overcharged instesd of it being total for three nights a total charge of $218.40 I was charged 276.36, plus a refund of the 8 hours i was unable to use the tv and had rude housekeeper disturb me and upset me that is worth some kind or refund in the amount of $24.80 so that be equal to refund to my account of $82.76 three night over charged, plus rebate last 8 hours, or one free night of the $92.18, plus per nights at total of 65 plus 12% tax, be $72.80, per night so 2 nights be $145.60 and...
Read moreI stayed here and I left early upon request and I went to another hotel but this hotel charged me for the entire stay which overcharged me for 6 days basically stealing money from my bank account so be careful of this hotel and the management because they will take money which doesn't belong to them. And watch out for the pool and the contamination chlorine eating paint no ventilation. Added are pictures of the pool room in which I attempted to have a contractor help them but because of the history of hotels screwing contractors no one wants to help the Hilton even if it's in revolutionary Burlington MA because the people behind the chain ruined people's lives not paying for services rendered. So before you spend time here consider the chemicals in the air and consider your health now there are two reasons to think twice about the Hilton garden inn Burlington MA. Your wallet and your health. An updated photo of my bank still showing the charge from last night...I got an email apologizing but nothing has been done about the charge and this is my way of exposing a corrupt group of individuals taking advantage of the small guy. So everyone be aware you can't judge a book by its cover but as you read a chapter or two you get a better understanding. Obviously it's this serious for me that I am expressing my frustration dealing with people that take advantage of people and have for the life of the Hilton Also be careful because the Hilton is not they have dangerous chemicals in protected on numerous occasions and any bad person with bad intentions can create havoc at this hotel so be aware of your surroundings and keep your families safe maybe consider a hotel that cares about their guests. Definitely do not use the pool with the chemical reaction from the chlorine eating the paint from the ceiling and the door handles be aware of your surroundings. It looks like a nice place until someone with knowledge walks around and points out problems then then the management makes up an issue and asks the guest to leave and then overcharged that guest for their stay... I could care less about money I like humans and good humans deserve to know that bad humans run this hotel. Also be aware of safety the back door by the laundry never locks so anyone can waltz right in and disrupt the safety of the hotel....as I recall more it will follow but please if you like being clean and like being safe steer clear of this place. It's horrible and the management is concerned with one thing the mighty dollar there's mice running around at night and unsafe conditions everywhere in the hotel This is an updated bill but no money has actually reached my account and this is the most recent email.

With a name like Hilton next to it, you would think that one would get at least a decent stay but no. I had the worst stay at this hotel.
As a Hilton reward member, I did not expect that they would mess up my stay. 2 days before my stay I called in to make sure that the 2 rooms I book would be next to each other since my brother was going to arrive several hours earlier than me. They did not honor that. When i got there later than my brother I found out that they booked him in room 106 while I had to request for room 110 as initially they assigned me room 149 (the very last room on that floor). Unacceptable when I asked why despite me confirming on the phone they messed up my request and their dull response was that it was not in their notes but that was not true. Okay fine...I let it go.
I went into my room only to find out that the bathroom had both the sink and bathtub clogged. Had to wait for the plumber next day in order to get it fixed. Requested for someone twice before someone came. Even after their efforts, the sink clogged even more and they left the plunger in the bathroom and didn't tell me that my room 110 still needed a plunger. On top of that, since the bathroom became a mess, no one came to clean up my room after I requested for an earlier room service since I am traveling with kids and they had a routine. They did not send anyone until 3 hours later and that too after my 3rd request and at that time my infant was asleep on the bed and they told us to leave the room.
The biggest dealbreaker was the mice in the hallway, our room and other rooms who were part of our wedding party. I even have videos to prove it. You would think that cleanliness should have been their top priority but no. We were not the only guests to have experienced this but other guests as well in that hotel who stayed on Oct 4 to 6. The presence of mice is not only disturbing but also points to a serious infestation problem. This is a major health and safety concern that no guest should ever experience, especially those traveling with kids. Despite raising these issues with the staff, no effective action was taken in timely manner to address them during my stay.
And when I shared my concerns after the stay, their response did not even address my concern and it seemed they sent a standard response to pretty much everyone in our party and dismissed the infestation problem as a squirrel and addressed our plumbing issues as pool issues. That goes to show how diligent the staff really was.
These problems made my experience deeply uncomfortable and unacceptable. I expect a prompt full refund for the inconvenience and poor...
