This store could perhaps have the worst customer service I have ever experienced! My husband and I went to the Burnsville location walked in and they had the magnolia dining table and chairs we had been looking for! Yay! We purchased the table and chairs and also a fire table for our patio. We purchased the items on a Sunday and were told they would all be ready for a Wednesday pick up. On Wednesday my husband rented a trailer and took a half day off of work to go pick it up. He arrived at the store and was told that the order had not arrived and they had not bothered to call and let either of us know. They apologized for the inconvenience and told us that all items would now arrive on Friday. My husband then returned to the store on Friday and it was explained that only the table and chairs had arrived and that we could return to pick up the fire table when it arrived. We live approximately 40mins from the store so this would be a our third trip up if we were to return for a 3rd pick up. At this point they agreed to sell us the floor model of the fire table at a small discount. Problem solved...right!? My husband arrived home with the new table and chairs we get it unwrapped and the table has two large gouges with the paint missing out of the side of the table. We called the store and they agree to send a replacement and they will deliver it for free. We were able to use the table we had for now. Sounds great! In the mean time we go up and purchase more items from this location giving them another chance and lets face it they have cute stuff in the store. We waited three weeks for the delivery of the new table they arrive I show the delivery team the damage I was speaking of before they remove the table and they agreed it was bad. They move the table out and pull the replacement off the truck. They get the table out of the truck and take a look at it. The delivery team points out the fact that the new table is damaged again! They assure us that a new one would be delivered again on their next trip to our area. We called the Burnsville location to let them know that the new table was damaged again and that it was pointed out by delivery team and that we should be receiving another. The manager is out but they would make a note and I would here from the manager the next day. 2 days later we heard from the manager and were told that the table had now been discontinued and we could bring it all back up and find something different, or they would call around and see if they could find another one however he wanted to contact our sales associate and she would have the ability to help us as the manager had done what he could and it was up to the associate!? Hmmmm we heard from our sales associate and the final resolution was 50% off the table or a new one but she had to get it cleared with upper management!? Which don't try to get ahold of them as they are top secret and their numbers can not be given out for customer care. We get a call back from a manger at a different location and it was explained that we were able to receive $250 off the table or they can order us a new one that wouldn't be ready until the end of November. After some explanation that the $250 off doesn't even begin to cover the amount of incoveinience they have caused us, they stated that is all they have been authorized to give by the apparent super secret upper management. So we have requested a new table again.I guess we will see what happens in November, 4 months after our purchase we are hoping to...
Read moreWe went in to Becker on Saturday to find patio furniture, Tom helped us out and was AMAZING throughout the whole time we were there. This review is not a reflection of him, AT ALL.
However, there were 2 managers (we think) there at the time, who were so incredibly rude, I was shocked. Tom mentioned to us that he was new, and to bear with him while he navigated the system, totally fine, we’ve all been new at jobs and need some time to figure things out. He then asked the manager sitting 3 feet away from him, Tish, to help him ring up our set, she proceeded to ignore him until he asked again, and then she snapped on him, rolled her eyes and scoffed. We watched this happen 3 more times with the same attitude from Tish.
Once they got our item rang in, they realized they were advertising the wrong price. The tag said $1,199.99 and the item rang in at the wrong price. Tish and another manager, didn’t get her name but she was a blonde, started whispering to each other, not communicating with us or Tom. This went on for a few minutes before the blonde manager said “don’t worry, didn’t forget about you we’re just trying to figure out the pricing.” She proceeded to disappear for a while, and we just sat there with no information. After 10 minutes, I watched her walking around fluffing pillows and talking to another employee. Once she came back up, she still didn’t explain what was going on or what she was doing until I asked. She then told me she’s working with someone above her on the price. I asked what that meant, she rolled her eyes at me and told me mistakes happen. Again, I had no idea what she was talking about because they wouldn’t communicate with us. She said they wrote the wrong price on the tag and that the item was actually $2,300, and “mistakes happen”. Totally understand, but your store was advertising the price as $1,199.99 and that should be honored. I let her know that we didn’t want to sit here all day long, and she told us we shouldn’t and they would call us later and let us know if they were planning to honor the price they advertised.
It’s now Monday, we have yet to receive a call letting us know if they would be honoring the price. We feel bad for Tom, as the managers were so increbodly rude to him, and then rude to us as well. I have never witnessed such a mean interaction from a manager to their employee.
Attached a picture of the price tag, because they took it off immediately when we left and I am 100% sure they will try and say they weren’t advertising it at that price. The picture does say the original price, with a 60% off tag, and I’m aware that the price listed doesn’t match 60% off, however we didn’t see the original price listed on there until after we had left already

Read moreI'm very disappointed in my purchase with becker furniture! ! I never realized it would be such a rat race when you purchase a sectional couch 3 reclining in this sectional couch. They got there 2800.00 cash on the spot the evening of the purchase. I would think for that price we would get a working couch. Well I guess not the day they deliver to us hook it up the delivery guys look at us and say oops this unit doesn't work you will have to contact the tech? ?? Excuse me we had to get a hold of them. That was the first joke for them to tell us we can take the steps to get it fixed. That wasn't going to happen we wanted a new piece it wasn't working before they got it here I'm not dealing with issues from the start. So I was on the phone all night to have them get another one ordered. Great they said we will have it in a week. Another day I had to take off of my work time to get the working piece delivered. To arrive home in a hurry for the delivery guys the second time around say we don't have the right piece on our truck! !!! I Said WHAT you have to be kidding me this can't be happening but yes it's real. So again both me and my husband on the phone trying to get this mess figured out correctly. Thinking when you spend a lot of money on something it should be in working condition right?. I was in tears not knowing b what to do next. So my husband made a phone call explained again to like the 4th person dealing with this situation. How Many Times Can A Person get the run around? By this time were pissed!! I kept talking to Nicole in becker because burnsville didn't know how to deal with any of this. This has been an ongoing situation getting old as anyone would. Finally today 10 - 5-15 our other piece was delivered in working condition. For becker furniture only to offer a 50.00 gift card you have to be kidding is this a dream? I've never been this unhappy with any company! If it was my way they would have all there furniture back and I would go elsewhere the customer service was terrible all around. Trying to set up delivery times what a joke as I had to leave work early to get my none working furniture. I'm thinking to write to the better business Bureau to make a negative comments about the way they handle things. Thinking to go onto the stored to tell people what I went through. I'm sorry to day so many negative things but this was my worst experience ever!!!! For a company to say I can offer you only 50.00 after o spent over 2800.00 in your store???
