0 if I could. My sister and I tried to do two separate purchases to each use an individual coupon and we specified that at the beginning. The lady who took out order decided to input both orders at the same time erasing both coupons. She asked us to repeat our coupons despite it disappearing from our phones after redeeming. We explained that we already gave her the number and we can’t reuse it. Instead of offering a solution she kept gaslighting us acting like we made the decision to input both orders when we clearly specified two separate orders. She said there was nothing she could do for us and when we asked for the manager she said “why, they can’t do anything for you either” then later on said she was manager which we both found extremely hard to believe. The general manager came out and said he was the store manager and instead of trying to hear both sides believed the cashier when she said we had asked to order everything together which was an outright lie. I asked her what she gains from lying, and she immediately started to bicker back and forth with me. Instead of her manager telling her to calm down I was told to calm down for reacting to the rude way she was talking to us. Instead of de-escalating the situation he allowed her to go talk loudly and negatively about us saying we were ready to fight her over two coupons and essentially calling us broke. When I called out that behavior he essentially said to ignore her. I’m beyond baffled at how either of these people are working a customer service job. Their behavior was appalling. I will never come here again and I don’t recommend anyone does until the general manager and cashier (who took off her name tag off so I couldn’t see it I might add) get fired. She was a 40 looking year old Hispanic woman with black wavy/curly hair and black eyeliner. The general manager’s name...
Read moreI never understand when a person is very clear about the order they are placing that somehow someone doesn't get it! I ordered a Bacon King, Cut in Half, Large Onion ring with 3 Zetsy sauce cups... Pretty simple right?
Now, Granted it was a Gazillion years ago, But I worked at the Hopkins BK (Minor side note, Former Presidential hopeful Herman Cain was actually my Boss at that time, He was also a pretty Cool Guy then.) I know a "Cut in Half" request is not something they don't get, I mean, The Whopper and the Bacon King are BIG Burgers, I will only eat Half the sandwich and so much easier if its "Cut in Half". I even clarified it when I paid at the window, "you did get I asked for "Cut in Half" correct, the reply was yes.
Get the bag, pulled out of the drive thru, the line was long and I don't want to slow others down. Guess what wasn't "Cut in Half" and guess what also wasn't included... Yeap, Zesty Sauce... I looked at the receipt, sure enough, neither the "Cut in Half" or the Zest sauce were entered when I placed the order.. Now I cant speak for Zesty sauce, But I know there was a dedicated key entry for "Cut in Half" when I worked at BK.
This store used to be great, Never had issues or problems, but now of late apparently it's had Staffing and or Management change over and serious lack of training. sure wasn't short staffed, I could see at least 6 people that were working, 2 of which were basically just standing there. Come on Guys, I know from past BK experience this stuff isnt that hard to get right the first...
Read moreMy husband had had radiation therapy at the nearby hospital. He was hungry for an egg sandwich so we swung in there because it was so close by. Went through the drive thru. I had to repeat my order four times. The guy was hard to understand. I had to keep asking HIM what he was saying, too!' I kept repeating: 'A #7 with coffee' ( how hard is that?) I thought it was odd he told me the amount was over $14. As we drove to the window, I told my husband,'maybe he thought I ordered two.' We got to the window he hands me one coffee and the bag of food. As we drove off, my husband looked in the bag. There were two whopper juniors in it. ( for over $14???)no fries, just burgers. I drove around the building and went in. A lady was mopping the floor behind the counter, right in front of me. Ignoring me! I kept saying, 'hello!', she kept on mopping. I got louder and loud. Finally she stopped and said something to the guy at the takeout window. The same kid came to the counter. I told him I ordered a #7 and not burgers. He didn't speak good English, but said something about ordering burgers. I said, "no. I ordered the #7 breakfast." He went back and got the manager. The manager got ticked off, but I did get the food I ordered. Then he gave me $6 cash for the adjustment. And he said, "now get on your way!!" as we waved his hand towards the door. Hubby said the food was good, though. I really think, if a person can't understand English they shouldn't work in a drive thru. I'm sure there are other jobs they...
