Horrible adopted a very sick kitten had to SAVE the poor things life. LITERALLY. Staff did not inform us how sick he was. Near death, if we wouldn't have adopted him, he would have died alone in a cage. I blame Banfield too, they are right in the store and apparently they DO NOT THOROUGHLY EXAM the Animals they adopt out, plus you have to pay$255+ And sign a waiver that you are not going to ABUSE the Animal???? Who is the Abuser in...

I visit this Petsmart regularly because it's close. BUT always price check the stuff you're about to buy with the website!! They mark stuff WAAYYYYY UP! They will price match the website if you call them out on it. I saved almost $50 on a dog kennel and another $30...
