Edit: The assistant store manager reached out and apologized which is why I changed my review stars I appreciate the communication and transparency like I said itâs usually way better when we go in that store I guess the other day was just an off day for the young lady and the other gal I think was a manager. Because someone reached out and cared about what we had to say and tried to fix it is the reason we will be going back to this location. Thank you again for reaching out.
I donât know if today was an off day or whatever but weâve been in before and usually we are greeted and they are friendlier in there. Today we entered, We were not greeted no one came over to help. When I needed help finding the match to a boot she just looked at me. She said âit should be behind that boot in the shelf. I said âitâs notâ We then found a pair we liked these boots we found a size that fit my husband the other size the ones that were not his size had a tag on it that said âlimited time $40 offâ. The ones in his size was missing that tag. The boots were exactly the sameâŚsame skew number everything. The cashier said âitâs just those with the $40 offâŚâŚI donât have any idea of thatâ we went back in after buying to ask if the manager can clear up the $40 thing for us. The manager said âyes I can do that $40 discount for you.â She proceeded to not do that and do an even exchange switched the boot sizes for us when those were the wrong size and didnât even do the $40 discount. My husband spent over an hour browsing boots, and not one employee approached to offer assistance. Meanwhile, I was ready to invest in a premium felt hat, but none of the available hats on the lower shelves fit and the ones that might were high up and unreachable. With no staff in sight, we simply left the store after finding someone so we could purchase a $30 baseball cap instead of the $800+ quality items we came in for. The first mentioned came up to me kind and helpful made conversation enough to ask about the condition of my previous purchase and I informed her in 7 months they had been destroyed and I was somewhat disappointed. She then said to give her a moment and she proceed to find a warenty from manufacturing and have the second woman look up my account to find my purchase! Amazing customer service I saved 135 bucks and a TON of headache because of these 2!!!! I will only shop at this store for boots...
