Taco Bell — Restaurant in Burnsville

My bf and I went though last night and i swear it was straight out of a viral video you scoff at. We got there and ordered and drove to the theater to catch our 8:20 movie. As we got to the theater at 8:14 we noticed 3 of our tacos that were supposed to be no cheese due to dairy intolerance had cheese on them. We couldn’t go back because of the movie and someone was waiting for us. My bf called to let someone know the order was incorrect and when the gentleman answered the phone, which took forever to be answered, my bf has to repeat himself twice to explain what happened because the gentleman on the phone could only spit out the words “what tacos?” as if to say what tacos are wrong we don’t do that here. He went to the kitchen to talk to the cook who lied and said there was no cheese on them. Okay but we are looking at 5 tacos with cheese. Eventually the gentleman on the phone with very little social etiquette for a work place asked “so what do you want?” And we said we would be there after the movie. After the movie we went and got our money back. But not even our whole order total, just his portion. He went in and was ignored for a solid minute while he stood at the counter. The gentleman who served us and then answered the phone watched him walk in with a bag of food to return. Then the woman who decided to help was on her phone with her friend when she came up to ask “what you want?” He asked for his refund and she said okay and went and got it, while still talking to her friend on the phone. Came back with the cash, still chatting to her friend. Needless to say, thank god that is over but wow I fully deserve...

Love they food only wish they give it away somewhere sometimes to keep us alive when unemployment slow because of activated roster? I do not recommend eating the food here for sanitary reasons. They need a manager on duty after midnight. The meat I ordered was rotten. I hoped it was just the smell but I had to throw it away after a few bites. I have sympathy for the employees but they were basically nonfunctional individuals in a way that is dangerous for the food. They had piles of garbage on the kitchen floor and could not manage to finish orders for even a few customers. As I said, walking around in trash in the kitchen.

I really wish I hadn't taken any bites. I'm on my 7th stick of gum trying to get the rotten flavor out of my mouth. I strongly warm against eating here at night unless you see an update from management saying they have found someone responsible to supervise that shift. I also feel it's my responsibility to notify corporate that there is a sanitation problem that may be a health risk if someone responsible isn't supervising the quality control of the food.
