Went to trim my ends at Andis nail and hair salon. I specifically said 1/2 an inch. She starts cutting my hair and did not put the cape aroung my neck. Now my hair is falling all over me as she cuts it. She then puts the cape on me, after I tell her. She seems anxious/nervous not sure which one. Something was off about her. Half way I said to her I think you cut too much. And she is disputing with me that she only cut 1/2 an inch from my ends. I was so upset. She had the balls to tell me at the end that I should cut my hair every 6 months if I did not want it that short. In the past 9 months I went to 2 different places, explained the same thing in 2 different languages and had NO issues. When I got home I measured a total of 2 inches cut from my ends.
