Shops at Caguas — Attraction in Caguas

Went to trim my ends at Andis nail and hair salon. I specifically said 1/2 an inch. She starts cutting my hair and did not put the cape aroung my neck. Now my hair is falling all over me as she cuts it. She then puts the cape on me, after I tell her. She seems anxious/nervous not sure which one. Something was off about her. Half way I said to her I think you cut too much. And she is disputing with me that she only cut 1/2 an inch from my ends. I was so upset. She had the balls to tell me at the end that I should cut my hair every 6 months if I did not want it that short. In the past 9 months I went to 2 different places, explained the same thing in 2 different languages and had NO issues. When I got home I measured a total of 2 inches cut from my ends. I really miss Kmart and Sears but unfortunately the ones at Las Catalinas Mall are closed as well as all of the rest of the island. You can find cellular and internet providers stores or kiosks like TMobile, Liberty, Claro and others. For clothes and accessories, you have Forever 21, Kress, Rainbow, Burlington, (one of my favorites), etc. There is a great food court with a diverse variety. Great variety of stores for both and women. Lot’s of specials. Part of the parking lot needs new asphalt. The food court needs more variety and for the love of God…rebuild those public bathrooms! Lack of paper towel and working hand dryers. Not enough soap dispensers and working faucets. No amount of maintenance can provide the service shoppers deserve. Visiting the bathrooms is like stepping into a third world country. You could have used the money spent on changing your name to “Shops @ Caguas” to remodel...
