My mother went into this store which she frequents quite often because of the convenience to her home. I was appalled to hear how the older gentleman at the cash register treated her!!! How dare you speak to a customer with such rudeness and to put your hand up as she trying to ask if they carry a simple item. A customer in front of her kept getting her card declined and my mother felt bad and wanted to pay for it so she asked the older gentleman how much it would be, he started yelling, “WHY DO YOU CARE, WHATS IT TO YOU!” Who speaks like this to a paying customer? To make matters worse, the staff was in there, and just simply waves me off, with minimal acknowledgement, as if I was bothering them for coming in for services. I have come to this store pretty consistently over the last years for my kids birthday stuff and never had such a negative treatment.
