Where the hell do I even begin? I don’t recall the girls name that worked with us but she was a chubby girl with colored hair.
Me and my wife entered this store on march 19th to get 4 lines, and upgrade internet, as she was explaining the process she was unbelievably rude too me and my wife when I was asking questions, then she explained it so fast I had too ask her 3 different times to explain to me in a manner that wasn’t hostile. After that was all said and done she did a check on my wife and told us everything is good to go and that she was approved, so we went and sold my galaxy s23 ultra to have extra funds for a down payment for the 4 devices we were trying to get because she had told us we were approved and good to go, when we returned she had our internet packed up and ready gave us the bag but told us the cell phone system is down so we have to wait too Activate and get our phones, we left to go get lunch and when we returned everything was ready, she went and got the 4 phones we wanted we had the down payment money, then she says she has to run my wife’s credit, I was very confused because she had already stated that she had done this. Well she ran it and then tells us that we are not approved for any phone financing and that we have too pay 2000 some odd dollars to walk out with phones. So I had went and sold my only cell phone under false pretenses because this employee had stated earlier that everything was good and we were approved. She even TOLD me to go sell my phone, So now I’m with out a cell phone because of this employees ignorance. On top of that, for me too upgrade my dads internet I had to be an authorized user because my dad would have too cancel his current plan with charter and put the service in my name, I was not an authorized user but she wrote down on a sticky note saying “don’t worry I’ll do it” and passed it too me. So at the end of this horrible day. I sold a 1400 dollar cell phone, the only one I had, under the false pretenses that I was getting a new one because she said we were approved, and she magically made me an authorized user on my dads account without my dad giving her any permission, I wasn’t able to get the internet Upgraded and I wasn’t able to secure service for my new house all because of this...
   Read moreI switched to spectrum from Xfinity for home Internet back in October. I was able to do all that online, they mailed me my hardware and I set it up myself with easy instructions. In March, I decided to switch my mobile service to Spectrum also. I went to the Owosso MI store location to do this and had the absolute pleasure of having Carole assist me. After that trip into the store I started lovingly referring to her as “The Magician” Who made The absolute nightmare was Leaving Xfinity mobile, So much easier and more enjoyable. She was able to accomplish everything I had on my needs list, as well as my wishlist. I have found myself stopping back up to the store to get her assistance with things I would otherwise I’ve tried to figure out myself, specifically to avoid having to leave my house lol. This woman is a treasure that I hope Spectrum recognizes and appreciates. The other employees that have been there while I was working with Carole Have also been super kind and personable. I have never had a negative experience Going into this Spectrum location. No matter who I am working with. A few months ago I paid off my phone with ATT to switch onto my husband's plan with spectrum and ATT didn't want to unlock my phone and was himming and hawing, but in order to lock in my free mobile line spectrum was offering due to us upgrading our internet (it was the last day to lock in this offer,) Carole was on the phone for me with ATT for almost 2 hours until they agreed to unlock my phone so I could switch to spectrum and have a free mobile line for an entire year. I'm so impressed and surprised she didn't give up at all. She really fought for me and im forever grateful to Carole!!! She saved us so much money!
My husbands phone screen recently shattered, and Janie helped get us an $800 phone for $143 out the door paid in full. She found us the Galaxy S24 which had a promotion $700 off if you traded in your phone plus the value of your trade in, which we were only offered $4 for the phone but we ended up getting $704 off an $800 phone!!!
