Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Owosso

So Actually I can't believe I am about to say, a little Ceasers Actually served one of my top 20 best pizzas EVER. I had Amazing pizza coast to coast. I was a manager at both dominoes and pizza hut. On top of that it was a pre-made hot and ready!!!! Now don't get me wrong I order them frequently, and can't remember a bad one.... HOWEVER, they truly aren't typically AMAZING. The dough was even the toppings were like a commercial Including the cheese every other bite had pepperoni but most of all the baking was perfect, I know it had to have came off a conveyor but it tasted like a Blodgett!!! As desired the crust didn't disappoint I actually had to share whole bites of the pizza with Charli (my Esa GSD) Because the crust was thar good. The first night (Friday) we were graciously served by a charming red haired young lady who was absolutely professional and knew exactly off the top of her head what items available in the hot case. Aa we were eating the pizza off the car hood in the parking lot a charming driver named Matt, stopped to ensure we were happy with our order. Of course we returned Saturday and was greeted again by Matt, who remembered us and suggested a couple different varieties, please tell Matt the four way Calzone will be our order next Friday and please hand kudos to the red-haired young lady in the little ceasers...

I ordered my pizza through my phone which went through my car radio, when I reached Little Caesars in Owosso they hadn't made the wrong Pizza. The nice gentleman at the counter not only apologize he gave me a free order of bread.

While I was waiting for my pizza to be made a young boy behind me in line probably about five or six was asking questions about the different types of pizzas that were listed, the gentleman at the counter though extremely busy took time to explain to the boy what each pizza was, even though the boy's mother had already ordered a pizza and paid for it, he had nothing to gain by talking to this little boy.

I did not catch the workers name but he's there quite often when I go. I was extremely impressed even as busy as he was he took time to explain things to that little boy. Not only will I continue to get pizza from Little Caesars in Owosso seeing the look on that little boys face I think they have a customer for life. Good job Little...

I'm very disappointed that within the last 15+ years I've came to this location I've bought the orange cheese everytime now they no longer have it and there is no other location has this cheese. I made a moblie order and went to pick it up 10 minutes after getting a notification saying it was ready. But when I got there I couldn't get it from the portal thing. I had to wait in line to get it for the lady to rudely tell me that it timed out. When I know that's a lie ive grabbed my order 30 mins after being put in there and was still able to grab it. On top of all that the breadsticks and pizza doesn't even taste the same anymore. It wouldn't surprise me if they would close down completely soon. With rude service, now crappy pizza, and no orange cheese. Had i known they no longer had the orange cheese i would have never ordered, but i guess it will our last time...
