We liked this park very much my daughter liked the slides and we especially liked it because it has SAND instead of wood chips! Wood chips have been replacing sand at many parks around the county, and they are just a NIGHTMARE! I don't understand why anyone would ever REPLACE sand with wood chips, but this park has SAND - YAY!! It is a great park, a good find. Real stinky, outhouse style restrooms, but tolerable. Kind of nostalgic in a way; a good, stinky way.
Ah but the thrill is gone. The tennis/basketball courts have been converted permanently to little pickleball courts, and the pickleball minions are there in force every hour of every day. If you're not one of their fanboys you'll be fielding quite a bit of P/A stinkeye.
