Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen.

Attempted to buy a HVAC air filter here. Was unsure where it was located so I asked for directions.

Was provided poor instructions and I was unable to locate it so I asked again. Was provided with the same poor instructions.

It appears they were too lazy to show me where it was located after I explained to them I was unable to find it with the instructions they provided.

I attempted to locate it again and was unable to.

Being thoroughly annoyed I just walked out. I saw no point in asking a 3rd time since clearly they didn't care about helping me.

I'm not sure what happened since my last two experiences including one in September this year were great with helpful employees. Things change in a short period of time I guess.

Went to Ace Hardware instead. Night and day difference in customer service! They actually cared about me getting the...

I went there this morning at 8am and purchased cement and mulch, got my pull tags then went to loading area, it was closed. I went back at 10am and it was still closed. I then went to customer service and asked if that department was closed on Sunday, I was told they should be open. He then called the manager on duty, Issac to ask when it would be open. He was told the crew was doing other jobs and that is why they were not open. No apology, no 'please give us 5 minutes', nothing. I asked for my money back and went to Home Depot, where I bought the same items...
