Cottage Park — Attraction in California

I love Cottage Park is a great place to go you can meet new friends people up there are very friendly nice and kind. So there are two parks I love them both. There's a park for the ages of 0- 5 the park is really beautiful and it has lots of good stuff for little kids but then there is when you're walking into the big Park after you cross the bridge there's a lake of water and I mean it's safe but it's kind of scary for little kids because like if you follow you slip not saying that it's never happened for nobody's ever slipped ever since that Parks been made it just seems like that but once you get to the big Park there is a lots of things to do but the color on the part is kind of ran down and right across from the big Park like literally right across there is a school Park it's open after school hours and during the weekends but on the other side of the park there is like a place where you can have parties like Little River of Lake across that Lake there is another place where you have parties and chill and from the little park if you go straight you go across there's a bridge we'll see a bridge and that's another way to get to the other side of the park but other than that business park...

I love the location of this park as it is very convenient, and I appreciate that there is an enclosed area by the community center for toddlers. However, I do agree with other reviewers that the park needs to be seriously cleaned up. There is a ton of graffiti, cobwebs, and litter every time we visit. It's unfortunate because this would be my go-to. Lots of transient folks walking around and there have been a few occasions there have been adults or teenagers sleeping in the playground of the 2-5 year old section which I can't say makes me feel incredibly safe taking my child there. I do feel safer being visible to Cottage Way at that part of the park area, but the rest is not. I've started opting for busier, less convenient parks. Hopefully it turns around, we used to love...

I had my graduation party here the other day and it was a great little spot. Huge shout out to Jaden at the parks department for getting me the reservation with super short notice!! Good amount of shade, little creek, funky little roster walking around- what now could you want? Oh. But the bathroom situation was not great.
