Cris The Tint Master — Attraction in Calimesa

I have utilized only a few window tinting services for the last 20 years. I have good things to say about the previous one I used before visiting Cris the Tint Master. So now to my new experience, because the placed I used locally closed their location I set off to find a new one. I searched the internet and looked for honest reviews that highlighted quality, honesty, integrity and most of all a passion for what they do. All those reviews led me to try Cris the Tint Master. I called and was quoted a price of entry level films. I made my appointment and came in on my time (reasonable to good scheduling considering how good they are). I was greeted by Jr. who gave me options and suggestions on their products and the effectiveness of each and how they would fit my needs. I felt comfortable in going for the best product and left my Mercedes and my Range Rover with them. I mentioned I was very specific and meticulous as anyone would be. When I picked up my vehicles I was impressed at first sight. The workmanship was amazing and there were nearly zero imperfections, their work is stellar and second to none I'd seen. Two days later however, I realized that I was not liking the tint color of my front windshields. I addressed them with Jr. and they were more than reasonable to make the changes to both vehicles. Jr. explained why this was happening and educated me on a better option. These guys not only performed a flawless job, but held up to a commitment of excellence by upholding my satisfaction. I'm sure I am only one of many but, I am now a newly loyal customer addition and am looking forward to my next visits on my other cars! I definitely recommend their services. I also would like to mention they are easy to get in contact with and have a very clean and high-end looking shop. My car came out absolutely amazing. Do know that I love cars, so having my car look perfect means a lot to me, I care more about my car than I do compared to most anything else that I own. I also live a little more than an hour away from the tint shop, but after extensive research and information gathering, I chose Cris.

Unfortunately, maybe because I’m picky, the first install had an issue that, for me, was a big deal (though for others, it might not have been). Remember, I love cars and I’m an enthusiast, which is exactly why I did such thorough research and chose this five-star location.

Cris was quick to address the situation, respond, and assure me that everything would be fixed. Whenever I asked a question or sent a text, I think he was the quickest person to respond out of anywhere I’ve ever been, not just in the car world. Anything customer service related. That was super nice.

The issue was resolved, and Cris even sent someone to my house to detail the car as an apology for the inconvenience, and mind you, I live more than an hour away. The fact that he took the time and effort to do that was absolutely top-notch. He truly cares and wants it to be perfect for you, and in the end, it turned out perfect for me. I absolutely love my car.

The end result is amazing. The XPEL tint is also covered under warranty if that’s what you choose, and they told me they would replace the tint on my front windshield if I ever need to replace the windshield itself. This Place is hands down amazing first off let me get it started by saying the energy was amazing as soon as you walk in the door it was just straight being greeted like if i was some sort of famous person boosted my energy for the day most definitely I'm new to this whole day tint thing but they didn't make me feel dumb Junior Took his time to make sure that i knew the differences between the tints and had demos for me to feel the differences of heat waves that would be leaking if i went with regular tint vs nano tint prices were unbeatable everyone in riverside were charging $600-700 for just basic tint but then was told from a family member to come here and the prices were just unbeatable for better quality would I recommend yes 1000000% not only was I treated amazing during my interaction with junior two other customers came in and treated them the exact same way which was amazing it's 9am and he had the biggest energy also had no ride to take me home due to me living all the way in riverside but they informed me on them having a sit down lounge sheesh they had apple tv a couch n recliner chair the vibe and pricing of this place is just unbeatable guys...
