Great spot for All You Can Eat sushi.

I've been here twice now, and I am definitely coming back. The first time was a really busy evening on a Sunday. The staff weren't rude, but you could tell they were ready to go home and relax. The place was full of people having a great time. The energy was that of a texas roadhouse on a Friday night. I should have had EMS on spead dial for a group of women who sounded like they might pass out from laughing hysterically the entire time i was there. It's nice to hear people having a great night out, but the hard echos were piercing my eardrums. Second time I was there it was a lot more relaxed. The girls were very sweet greeting us at the door, sat us immediately, and multiple people waited on us throughout the night. Felt like one girl was waiting on us personally, which was perfect because I am a big drinker. Always needing waters refilled. I could drink a gallon of water with my meals. That's not a joke. Also a big factor on my tip. If I'm constantly waiting or asking for a cold beverage, I'm not tipping well. It's a simple task but absolutely crucial to enjoy my experience. The price for all you can eat is great for the quality and decent selections of fish available. If they could add toro cuts it would have been perfect. Me and my buddy always get hot saki, kind of a tradition when we get sushi together. Has to be HOT, and it was. Great house saki and good price. Definitely looking forward to going back soon. Hunting season is here, so I'll be stopping by on my way home more often after our dee and bear hunts....

Showed up almost two hour before they close and they were busy not a problem..told us the wait was 45 mins and we were fine with this. 15 Mims later our table is ready great... we sit down to find out the price has gone up drastically. Again that's ok we understand why. They offered us all you can eat . So after choosing a couple things we planned on turning in our paper as we have 3 rounds and don't order everything at once... our waitress told us we had 30 more mins to order ..ok we say not a problem. Then she tells us they are busy and she is not sure how many times they will be able to serve us. Meaning we don't get all three rounds... again this is ok we will order a bit more now to compensate a bit for not getting any more rounds....one item I ordered you can only order once a round and it is made half the normal size (only 4 pieces) so I changed it from one order to two... mind you im here with my wife so one for me one for her nothing extraordinary at all... then turn my paper in. The waitress tells us you are only aloud one per round.....so I told her we are only able to eat one round as you just told us but we are paying for three rounds can we just have 2 due to how busy they are and the lack of time .. she steps away to ask someone and comes back with an I'm sorry you can only order one.........really????? They have forever lost my business.. work all day long to waste the little time I have going to this joke of a restaurant . What ever you do don't make the...

As you walk into this place it is definitely a sit-down restaurant. There were tables and booths everywhere so they can sit a lot of people. They have a huge fish tank as you walk in. We got our seat next to the front where we can see the food being made. This time I'm with my nephew. He orders the HOT CHEETO ROLL it has cream cheese jalapeno crab wrapped and topped worh salmon and hot Cheetos crunch. It was an interesting sight to see. He loved it! There spicy chili garlic edemanme is the best. This is where you get it when you want it done right! As you know I'm low carb food eater. They had about 3 rolls on the menu that were riceless. But I do believe that you could custom order to have it wrapped without rice or in a soy paper they'll charge you more but I think you can make almost any roll riceless which is really cool. I ordered what is called the Redskin. It's spicy tuna wrapped with a piece of tuna with eel sauce and spicy mayo. I also tried the Aloha for the first time and it looks like balls of crab meat wrapped in albacore fish with a spicy chili on top and a vinaigrette sauce on the bottom. I was not disappointed. I'm going to come back and try their muscles next time. If you ever want to take your family this is a place to go. If you have an appetite and can do all you can eat this is most definitely the place to go. If you want an intimate dinner date night this is still place to go. It's very Universal very open and...

I heard this is THE spot for sushi in town so thought I’d give it a try. Came in for lunch, was pretty empty so our food came out fast and our server was great. Ordered sashimi: Yellowtail, tuna, “red snapper”. Wasn’t red snapper. It was the frozen tilapia. How do I know this? Because I’ve broken down so many fresh red snappers. Even my profile picture is fresh golden eye snapper. The baked mussels were ok. 1 piece that I ate wasn’t cut from the shell which made it annoying to eat. The hot Cheetos roll was recommended by our server. Ate 1 piece, it was fine. This restaurant has good sushi chefs. I can tell by the cuts of the fish, the plating, the rolling, and the small details like using beets instead of daikon. The servers are attentive and courteous. Checked on us multiple times. Very good service. The owner is the main culprit here. From the dirty freshwater fish tank in the front to the “red snapper” and “white tuna” on the menu. They’re serving you tilapia and escolar. The only fresh fish here are the ones in the fish tank when you walk in. Maybe $30 to $50 per person (according to google) for all frozen fish isn’t my cup of tea. If it’s yours, great. Here’s your sushi spot. TL;DR if you’re going to pay for frozen fish, they have much better tasting sushi at Stater Bros where it’s half the price and you don’t have to tip or wait.

I discovered this restaurant a couple years ago and it has been my go-to sushi spot for ayce. This place is typically always packed during their lunch and dinner rush. But, if you managed to time your arrival to be right when they open in the morning or came back from their lunch break, you may be greeted to a no wait welcome. I recently tried out their new location in Yucaipa and was quite disappointed so I had to come back to my comfort spot at the Calimesa location. This spot has consistently proven that the original location is always better, not only is their food quality higher, their service is noticeably better. My dad and I decided to order al la carte for once since we weren’t extremely hungry but usually the ayce is about $35 per person. Personally, I’ve been enjoying their new menu items such as the TNT and SOS roll, both because they are deep fried in tempura batter and because the flavors are well balanced. We also ordered the American Dream which is a mix between a Californian roll and a Dragon roll, both my dad’s favorite and the 9 pc assorted sashimi. All the rolls were delicious and the portions were worth the price, the sashimi cuts were large and fresh. I always enjoy my visit to this restaurant and will continue to come back.
