I just had the worst experience at this store ever. Mandy, Jennife, and Jessica treated me as if I was a thief either they were bothering me because Iām ethnic or because Iām a single mom pushing a baby cart. The three of them repeatedly came up to me asking if I needed help, they followed me around the store, and anytime I put an item in my basket they asked if there was something I needed help with. I repeatedly told them no and continued to shop. Before leaving i decided to go to the Christmas section one last time to see there was anything else I sho get when Jennifer and Jessica confronted me asking again if I needed help and then stating āYour basket looks really full weāll take thatā. Then they took my basket away from me and gave me an empty one. First of all all the times I have asked if the can hold something for me the say no, they say according to Disney store policy they cannot hold clearance items as they are fair game to all customers and they also refuse to hold my items if I pay. So why now that my basket is full of items did they confront me at the front of the store together and hold out their hands for my basket and say āthis time we doā when I said ā I thought your policy is not to hold clearance items for peopleā. They didnāt do this to any of the white customers in the store purchasing items only the person who looks Hispanic but is half black. And only to the mom with her autistic son. They embarrassed me and made me feel so in comfortable I left the store crying after...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreZERO STARS! Just had the WORST experience at a Disney location I have EVER had! I was waiting in line with my son (both wearing masks properly) while my husband & baby were waiting OUT OF LINE because my baby was fidgeting. The attendant named SIERRA who is apparently a āmanagerā told my husband he would not be allowed in since he was not wearing a mask but intended on going in the store & would put one on ASAP! My husband kindly told her he stepped out of line to assist our baby. We were next up in line (our family of 4) since they were at MAX capacity; while more than 6 people had walked out of the I noticed SIERRA whispering into her mic. I asked her what the wait was about when she tried to shove some COUPONS at me and said āsince you were not following our companies policies we cannot allow you into the storeā. She DID NOT take into consideration that my husband could have just stayed outside so that I could have gone in with my sons. IT IS MY SONS FIRST BIRTHDAY TODAY! When I asked to speak to another manager JESSICA was also very unsupportive of our situation. They mocked us by saying sarcastically āwe hope your son has a GREAT birthdayā and felt very discriminated against. I will NEVER be returning to a Disney store again. Shame on you Disney for treating your loyal customers this way! So...
