Over priced garbage products. Bought a recommended Bogo cart deal, 2 carts in one package. The second one was defective. Called to see if they would do anything. The woman on the phone told me the owner doesn't replace carts. Yes I did leave a 5 star review for Quonset hut when they did what you refused to do and helped solve the issue. Investigate away 🤔 Btw I still have the defective cart, packaging and all, as well as the mastercard gift card used to purchase, as well as the call log from when I called the store.

I dropped almost $50 on some lame galaxy treats to be told by your employees there was nothing that can be done for me and then you jumped down my throat because I left my honest feedback. You accused me of slander and hate speech. It is fair to claim the product I received was garbage because in fact, it was. It is literally leaking out of the bottom. I will happily continue to give my time, money, and business to your competitor that you so eagerly accused me of conspiring with.

It is not inaccurate. Just because you're trying to make ammends now, does not change what happened or how your stores actions made me feel. I bought a defective cart. Your employee told me tough cookies basically. Try as you might, you cannot rewrite history. This is my ACCURATE experience. The broken cart is my desk drawer more than solidifies that. I visit Hippie House all the time. I'm thoroughly impressed with the wide variety of products available. From high-quality glassware to an extensive selection of smoking accessories, this shop truly has it all.

What really sets this place apart, however, is their incredible collection of alternative smoking blends. I was amazed by the range of options available, and I have to say, if you can't find an alt-noid in this place, then you probably won't find it anywhere.

Came here when my dispensary wasnt open. I'm new medical marijuana card holder, and I came in thinking they were a dispensary as they are advertised as such. They sell something called Delta 8 which is not the same thing. At no point was this advertised or explained, apparently I was just supposed to "know". I called within an hour realizing my mistake and explained my error. They told me they do not do returns but I was welcome to exchange... But the issue lied within the fact that I didnt want to use unregulated unresearched product. The advice I was given from the employee was to "just smoke it". So yeah not gonna go there again and I dont recommend anyone else either. Besides the fact that they dont do returns AT ALL, I didnt like my concerns being disregarded and the flippant attitude I was given in response.
