This WAS my favorite location!!! I come here religiously every morning that I have to work and often when I don’t. Seeing that today was third issue I’ve had in 30 days I will not be going back to this location ever. I get that every Starbucks location gets busy. But 2 weeks ago they packaged me the completely wrong food and I do not eat pork so it wasn’t of any use to me. Then last Tuesday I ordered a honey citrus mint tea. There was no stopper and the lid wasn’t secure waster my entire drink on the carpet in my car. Definitely could have been a severe burn had it tilted to the left on driver side instead of passenger side. Finally today I try again and I ordered my tea at 9:34am on the mobile app. Stated it would be done at 944am. I Walked in at 945 didn’t see it so I went to the car and came back in at 9:52am… still no drink. So I stood there lalalalala waited and waited. Slowly but surely losing patience because now I’m about to be late to work. Sooooo I sat down and watched the counter and listened for my name. Still nothing. At 10:07am I decided to ask politely “hey are we far behind in mobile orders because I ordered my tea 33 minutes ago?” …. The response was “yeah we’re busy!” That’s it! Didn’t bother to ask my name or what I ordered or gown long I’ve been waiting. NOTHING!! So at that point, customer service just ruined it for me. So I waited then ask someone different “are we running 36 minutes behind because that’s how long ago I ordered?” (That person walked away as another worked yells out “the times online aren’t correct” ) now I’m frustrated because at this point I could have went through the long drive through line 6 times and made it to work. But now I’m late to work and it’s 10:18 and still no drink and not one person has yet to acknowledge that this same girl is still waiting after asking twice. Finally as I begin to call corporate on speaker, someone from the drive thru help walks up to me asking can they see my order and she made it within 60 seconds. Thanks to her for helping but the customer service at this location has blown me and ruined it for the 3rd and final time. Better off driving to the hall of fame village or the Belden Village location for some consistency and more caring employees. If we’re overwhelmed we should try staffing better on weekends or updating the mobile pickup times letting us know there will be a 30 + minute wait...
Read moreI've never had a problem with the staff, they are always extremely friendly, especially first thing in the mornings during the weekdays, which is usually when I visit. This is my local location and it is but or miss of whether it's going to be a long wait, but this is mainly because of its location in proximity to other locations in the area, so totally understandable that they have a ton of clientele. If you go first thing in the morning before 7 a.m., there is a good chance you won't have much of a line, but once the morning rush from peoe going to work, the drive thru gets back up to the initial entrance. Mid-afternoon for lunch and after work, past five pm hours, this happens as well. Like I said this is not a knock on the staff because they always seem to be working hard to get the orders out as fast as possible. I guess what actually makes me give this only three stars, is the lack of consistency when it comes to making my drink. I order the same thing everyday, sometimes in a vente, sometimes a trente. Some days the order will be right on and seems like it has the right balance of coffee to almond milk ratio. Then over the last four days I've gone in and it seemed like there were a little skimpy on coffee in the actually iced coffee because I felt like I was just drinking almond milk. Read moreI went on Christmas around 10 AM and absolutely awful customer service. I get it, it’s Christmas and I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt when it hit 10:55 and I still hadn’t received my order placed at 10:00AM. I only got a sandwich and a flat white. I finally decided to say something to the barista after almost an hour of waiting and when she went to look for my drink she said in very rude tone ‘oh I don’t see it sitting anywhere’ and then she told me it would just be a few more minutes before preceding right back to other orders. After an hour I finally just decided to leave because there was no sign of my drink anywhere and the employees didn’t care enough to even ask what my drink was. They were very behind on drinks but that doesn’t mean be rude to customers I waited plenty of time before...
