Never been more humiliated/ not sure why , who are they ya know. I was here a few days ago and sold a lot of stuff, different people that day too. Pretty nice. I told them about all this other stuff I had and at least 3 of the guys told me absolutly. Don’t even know why I’m wasting my time with this. I hope one of them sees it and maybe don’t judge the next person, you never know what someone’s going through. I’m so angry right now. Ok I walk in with arm full of 1977 original star wars puzzles 2 of them. Never put together. Mint. I was told to bring these in. I brought in original international harvester die cast metal tractor toys made in PA USA with the matching trailer. Red paint was mint. Worth 75 min. Blah blah vintage fisher stereo equp that worked was really nice. And the last thing. A RAB Stadium light or area light. lED 33,500 LUMENS weighs 35 lbs retails for 2,000$. Brand new never used full warranty. Wrote all the info out current and past says. Recent sold in used 500 got there a little past 630 pm they let me sit in the car till closing. I walk in sorry not interested. I wrote on paper I’ll take 150 for the light I really need it. , Probably should say when I walked it they all laughed. After she took my id I just stood there they were laughing and giggling and I stood there I thought she said something or was giving me something. My god I can only imagine how scared I looked. That’s the only reason I can come up with for all this. I was weird or they assumed I stole all that nice stuff. No my boss gave it to me. He is a contractor. That’s nothing. He knows I stuck I am and gave it to me to sell. But I must of looked too desperate or idk. All I know is all never forget that. I was still very polite. A little shocked Kinda started to wonder how I was gona get my car home with no gas. Cause I counted on the to buy the stuff they said they wanted. They know. I know. And God knows what they did. And that makes me feel better. Lift people up people. Don’t kick them back in the hole right as they are reaching for ur hand. I can barely open my eyes I’m so embarrassed. I don’t even care to shut to get out of the car. Wow you guys got...

I used to always go to the exchange when I was 16,just 6 years ago, when everything worked.i had bought a ps3 along with video games,the whole shabang and only an item or 2 would work.first it was the the controller that was defective,then one of the games they had sold me had frozen on me the first use before I could even play the game and then it was also the ps3 that wouldn't eject disc's properly until 2nd time trying.but if ur a gamer and you would have heard the scraping sounds come from your game system your heart would hurt from sounds you would have heard......I love this game call of duty black ops 2......but why do I keep having to drive up to this place 3times in 1 week to get what I paid for.......it should work if I pay for it.....but of course not. So I had to travel back up and return everything..4th trip. Just yesterday I had went to the other exchange and bought a ps3,the game black ops 2 and all the map packs.i just downloaded everything last night.i try and play it this morning,it freezes on me...like I don't think they are testing items like they used too...I have to go Back up.i had to travel to both canton exchanges...in beldin village and Cleveland ave. Sadly I have to go up again to return this defective game and yet again waste more gas for unnecessary reasons. Plz do your job....its helping customers out...not just help look for what they want and cash them out....make sure the product is...

Good place to go spend some extra money,They have a wide selection.That being said as far as trade in value they are horrible. You're better off using Facebook market, craigslist, or ebay. If it's a game take it to GameStop.I have numerous times been taken advantage of there when times are tough for money,trading well over 100$ worth of value for like 9$ at best. Can't bring myself to do it again. If your ever curious how bad you are getting hosed go check the next day what it's selling for and remember what they gave you.

Edit: came back a year later to test it they're even worse. Took my stuff back. Tried exchanging a slabbed comic a mewtwo slab and some other cards. They offered 6$ IN TRADE. won't be sad if this place...
