My one star has absolutely nothing to do with the employees and is strictly for verizion itself. I spent 4.5 hours at Verizon today and I'm done with them. We have a home internet box with them that just suddenly stopped working so we decided to go down and see what they could do for us. Madison was helpful AF got customer service on the phone to cancel it and get a return box sent to us, after receiving the email confirmation they are sending the box an old address. While we were there Madison told us about the business internet since we have an active LLC we went ahead and tried to get an account going. Verizon refused to accept any paper l, our bank statement with our business name and address wasn't enough, IRS paperwork with our EIN number and address wasn't enough, Tax revenue paperwork from the state confirming our current in good standing and valid with our name wasn't enough. Read moreI have been trying to get my rebate for 2 months now and still haven't got it the clerk that help me is named Krystal and she told me she would do the rebate for me. A month later I called her and she still had not done it....she said again ill do it.....she says she will call you bk and she doesn't....I have been texting her on her personal cell which she text me from when she finally decided to contact me a week later....now she isn't answering and I have called the store 3 days in a row all day long and no one answers.....so if they talk you into a mifi and say you'll get a rebate that's a lie!!!!! I will now contact corporate and try to get it and turn her in for bad costumer...
Read moreIt's bad enough the store was oddly closed, in the middle of the afternoon, when my family and I first arrived, but add in a super snotty, and all-around nasty employee and our family won't be back, ever. When a customer states exactly what they need, but the employee didn't listen, time is wasted repeating the same thing over and over. Somehow that's the customers fault. Instead of helping, we were thrown out and gas-lighted. Can you imagine treating seniors like they're incoveniencing you? Well, you don't have to imagine it if you go to the Canton Verizon!
