Awful customer service ruined an otherwise 5 star visit.

Stopped in yesterday(5/18) for a bit of shopping with my friend and my kids. Excellent selection and prices. Found a lovely child's armoire for $50. Took the tag to the front desk for them to clear it off and get it ready for me as I finished shopping. Finished looking and went back to the desk to check out. After paying, the girl at the desk said I had to move the armoire myself. I told her I didnt feel comfortable moving that piece of furniture out of the semi crowded back booth area, and asked if I was liable for any accidents. She said there are signs up everywhere didnt I see them. I saw no signs anywhere about haveing to move my own purchases- nor did my friend or 4 kids that are old enough to read. All there were were signs saying you break you buy and please social distance. She said she was pregnant(like first trimester from the looks) and couldnt move it(I told her I did crossfit through my last 3 pregnancies that pregnancy wasnt a condition- sorry honey no sympathy from a Mom of many kids). I told her I had never been to an antique store that made you move your own furniture out of the booth. I wasnt asking her to take it to my trailer and load it, just get it to the front desk out of the booth area. She said that it was a minimum wage job for her and it really wasnt worth...I walked off at that point to move the armoire myself bc of her poor attitude. If it werent so bulky, I could have carried the armoire out on my shoulder by myself, but with the tight space my 14yo son helper me carry it out. She never went and found the lady that helped clear off the piece to move it or help her move it....nothing. She wheeled the dolly to us as we carried it through the booth. The piece is honestly maybe 20# the dolly was probably heavier than the armoire! AWFUL SERVICE. Never have I had such an experience like that. My friend could not...

Nice items. Okay prices. The girl behind the counter and another vendor were more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. I asked about Barbie and Barbie ornaments. I was sent on a wild goose chase. Maybe this booth, try that booth. Will not stop here again when traveling...
