Jack is Amazingly helpful calm and knowledgeable and prepared to troubleshoot and accomplish any task I've needed assistance with. I took off 1star for Rebecca because of the unprofessional hostile and troublesome interactions including a suggestion to email my legal documents to her personal account when she wasn't able to "find" documents emailed to be printed. When I suggested that sending my legal documents to her personal account could cause some legal issues such as fraud/identity theft questions, Rebecca stated that "I was the only one complaining" I let her know I would prefer for another employee to handle my business she stated "she's all yours" and left the other employee Jack with a line of customers which he dealt with efficiently and courteously. Wouldn't have written this review about it but This was the 4th time I went in to handle a business task and Rebecca Either created a problem where there wasn't one, said something nasty after someone else left the room or in this case suggested illegal handling of...

This is more of a review for UPS as a whole not just canyon UPS. I ordered a simple pair of shoes and I put in my CORRECT address, and ups just decided to use my old apartment address from over 2 years ago. I in no way out this address in myself and the website says I entered my correct address and it chose this old old address as my default address. I went to go change it and it only let me change one aspect of the address such as the street OR the number, when I needed to change both. Called the canyon UPS and they told me there was nothing they could do and they gave me a number for the Amarillo distribution center. I called this number and it was some company trying to sell me a medical alert band???? Called UPS 5x to finally talk to a representative that told me there was nothing they could do. So I asked them how I am supposed to get my package and they said the only thing I can do is try to contact the website I bought my package from. As the director of a starting non profit, we have relied on the Canyon UPS store for many of our brochures, client flyers, and various other print items. They were very helpful and have made us look so professional! When it came time to create our door signs (the sticker kind with our logo) I turned to them. They did not disappoint. They first created a temporary laminated sign while we worked out logistics and then were able to print our official door sticker - and it’s not an easy logo! Feeling apprehensive about putting it on ourselves, I asked if they could and the owner said they do offer that service as well, and he did a beautiful job! Update 3 months later: We've continued to use them and recently asked if they could create a clear circle sticker with our logo. Of course they could!
