I don’t want to knock a small business. I hope my review will help them to retain & grow repeat business. I have been to the little mom & pop shops to the best spas for many years - everywhere. We are very lucky to have so many AMAZING amenities in our backyard! Some of the best massages I have ever had were from Asian-Owned facilities. They really take the time to study and bring elements of true attention to detail that everyone can appreciate.
With the price of EVERYTHING now, massage for me, is more of a luxury item than a need. I work damn hard to earn that $60. So a massage is a treat. I hope Kings Massage can understand that we work hard too and take to heart - that when a we pay them for their time, they give us the best experience possible. You should us to come back. Repeat business if everything!
Back to my constructive criticism (meant with the best intentions)
The “masseuse” was a lovely, young girl. I’m hopeful my experience helps her and the business grow and understand that what happened to me should not ever happen again. She had such an incredible view of my parts that I almost feel like I’m owed money?!?!

I made a reservation on Dec 17th for Jan 1 at 11am for two (made sure they're open that day and that they'll have at least two people working at that time, they said yes). I stopped by yesterday, Dec 31 around noon to confirm our reservation (was in the area). They didn't check the books they just said yeah come tomorrow we'll be here at 11am and we'll have enough people in staff. Jan 1, 11am comes and we show up to find that surprise surprise only one person is available.. they may have another person in 30 minutes.. my friend and I have lunch reservations for her birthday so we have a tight schedule. In an attempt to not ruin her birthday I had her get a massage while I chose to sit and wait. While they did apologize for the mix up it's still upsetting that no one thought of calling to let me know that if we showed up a bit later we could both have a massage. I am not sure if it's a language barrier or a cultural difference or both but either way we will not be going back despite the...
Read moreNot a good experience. We had an appointment for 3, including a couple’s massage. All three massages began late, one was 20 minutes late. During our couples massage, the two massage therapists babbled away to each other, and one’s phone rang three times. She left the room each time and answered it, and I believe she was booking massages appointments. Our friend’s therapist kept leaving the massage room to greet new customers, as she was also doing double duty as the receptionist. This terrible ambiance completely destroyed the sense of relaxation and serenity I’ve experienced at other massage venues.
All three massages ended exactly one hour after the appointment time, despite the late starts and interruptions, so we were shortchanged a significant amount.
They are understaffed, undertrained, and with few of the usual massage business professionalism or courtesies extended to the customers. We felt as if we had been taken advantage of by this massage business, and we will not return or...
