For reference we don’t ever write reviews but we felt compelled to write a glowing review for our experience with Fish Boon and their staff. Recently we ordered food delivery from their restaurant through a food delivery service. The food arrived at our house and was missing around $60 of sushi that we ordered. We contacted the restaurant right away when we noticed the missing food. Not only did they immediately remedy the situation by sending one of their staff to drop off the missing food, but they did so in a really kind, efficient and professional manner. In particular, the manager (don’t know their name) and Kellen did a fantastic job remedying this situation, showing customer service skills that are uncommon today’s day and age. Not to mention once the food arrived it was absolutely phenomenal. The food was all incredibly fresh and the rolls were unique and delicious. Maybe we went on a bad night (on the weekend between Christmas and New Years), but the sushi was mediocre and did not justify the price point. We tried a variety of different sushi and can say that, across the board, it was "just okay."

Service was also just okay. The server remebered about half the foods we ordered and we ended up having to ask for things again. Meanwhile, another person (a manager?) kept asking us if we wanted to order anything else, which just confused the issue of whether or not the food we already ordered was actually coming.

I would give a solid 3 stars if not for the fact that I have seen nicer restrooms in truck stops. Nothing ruins an appetite quite like human waste on the floor (which I had to bring to the attention of wait staff.) I understand that things happen, but both available restrooms (they were gender neutral) appeared to have gone a long time...
