I made an appointment for Saturday morning (10/24) with my bridesmaids here. It started off good, but quickly went downhill. For just my nails I only wanted them cleaned up, shaped, and painted with regular polish. I had been growing my nails out for the past month so they'd look nice when done professionally. I didn't want acrylics because they'd get in the way at work. But without asking me what I wanted, she started filing the top part of my nails to prep for acrylics and then clipped one of my nails before I could say anything. So I ended up with 1 short, stubby nail. Then she starts painting my nails, I wanted regular polish to keep my bill lower since I was paying for another girl as well, but she didn't listen and I ended up with gel polish. I went here to get my nails and feet done along with some others for a wedding. I got my design from their website so I thought there would be no issues. But it turns out they couldn’t do the design at all, and had some serious issues with doing ombré nails and detailed designs. While doing my feet and massaging my calves, the man bruised my leg quite a bit then had me change the design , which was a white to blue ombré to pure white with one simple design on the big toes. He didn’t do the design and had me sitting there waiting for him for over an hour. Then, a different man did my nails. And again they didn’t want to do the original design so I went with normal pink ombré nails, which he still managed to mess up. My nails are incredibly thick and don’t look very good at all and are already chipping and coming off my natural nail. My pedicure was okay, mind you it was the second most expensive, so the quality was “okay”. The manicure though, I already didn’t have polish on and just need a little clean up. Took her not even a total of 7 minutes, then 5 minutes for nails to try (I only got clear)… $23… I’m sorry but I’ve never had a manicure more than $15 when it’s absolutely the most basic of cleanup and I don’t have long nails at all so that wouldn’t have been an issue, on top of the fact she didn’t even go under the nail like she was supposed to.
