Where to start with DAW!?!?! This studio has become a second home for both my daughter and this momma. She is a Senior this year, and she started at the age of 5 in their rec classes, and then quickly decided she wanted to compete. The staff wants nothing but the best for the children, but just not on the dance floor…in LIFE. My daughter was a preemie, and her issues were with bone size/development, which affected her range of motion and flexibility on one side, and then her mastoid had to be reconstructed, so she as partially deaf until that was fixed, which caused balance issues. The staff had patience and understanding, but still pushed her to adapt and conquer. She was severely bullied in the 3rd grade, and without DAW as an escape, I’m not sure where she’d be. So all in all, if you’re looking for a true home filled with love and not a house, look no further! After she graduates this spring, she is pursuing college dance, majoring in exercise science, minoring in dance and wants a career in the industry. Dance is honestly her life because of the love at DAW, she wants to help others like they helped her. We love you...

If I could give a ranking higher than 5 stars, I would. When we first walked through the doors of DAW almost 7 years ago, we were just looking to sign our daughter up for a ballet class. What we weren’t expecting was to find a new family. Our daughter did one year of recreational classes and then joined the competitive team. She is now in her 5th season as a competitive dancer and has not only grown unbelievably as a dancer but as a team mate as well. KC has assembled the best staff in the business; not only are they amazing choreographers and teachers, but they also truly love and care for each dancer that walks through the door. Whether you are here to take one class or are here multiple times a week, you are family. The friendships my daughter has made and the wonderful teammates she has to look up to are why we are here. My daughter is a second year competition dancer at DAW. This dance studio culture is unlike anything I’ve ever seen in the dance industry in over 40 years! This is a very special place to learn technique and artistry from a very loving staff. My daughter is ALWAYS excited to go to dance. She leaves dance -happy, excited, and full-filled. The most obvious change in her has been improved self confidence. The staff is professional, mature, and experienced. They teach from a place of love and enthusiasm for dance. Emphasis is placed on all students at their personal levels and interests. The studios are clean, beautiful, and inviting. DAW is a very inclusive and welcoming family .
