Jules & James Boutique — Attraction in Carrollton

If you have never been to this boutique, you are missing out!! The owner and her staff are incredible! The clothes they sale are the newest trend and they have sizes for different body types. They go live a lot on their Facebook and app. When searching for an item, they will have a video review, attach pictures so the customers can get an idea of what they are buying, and how the clothing piece fits. They also give a written detailed description about the length and the percentage on cotton or polyester. This is a Christian owned company.

Cute store! The clothes are decent. The customer service is No for me. I entered the new store and no one said hello. The young lady with the red jumper gave me eye contact when I entered the store. She did not speak. I walked around, still no words. I continued to circle around the store and the young lady working the cash register said hello, and asked if I needed any help. The young lady hanging clothes on the wall said have a nice day as I walked out the door. I’m not exactly sure why the customers shopping, looking through racks were receiving assistance vs the a new customer. With this being said, a happy shopping day turned into, I’m not sure if this is the store for me. I personally do shop in store where sales associates do not speak. It’s rude. I used to be a loyal customer my whole wardrobe use to be all Jules and James. Not anymore. The business was good when it started out but the people who own this is getting way over there head with JAZ, and azalea Jane line nothing you can afford by the way. I use to love their YMI pants until the sizes became very inconsistent, I had ordered a white pair of YMI because the videos say oh this is not see through. It was lies. The pants were see though. I emailed customer service and never heard a word. They will lie just to sell cheap fabric clothes. Just be warned your clothes won’t last long from this company. You can’t wash anything with something tearing, sizing is inconsistent. I will never shop here again. I’ll spend my harder earned money...
