Lal Qila Banquet Hall — Attraction in Carrollton

I really like this place. Been here a couple of times even before moved to current location off old denton and frankford which is a beautiful improvement over the old one fuether down off old denton. Came for dinner one night husband and had the mixed grill was plenty for both of us. The shrimp were very good and the chicken as well. Bread was fluffy if can call flat bread fluffy lol but had a softness to it and not overdone as some places do it. Take out one night of tandori chicken breast and naan was the best. Their tandori is really done well and spiced quite a bit which i like. Juicy too. Had buffet lunch today to round out the review here. Was awesome. Dal was creamy and some of the best ever had bar none. Very thick too and not some watered down soupy mess lile other places. The chicken korma was great and the mahkani. I wasnt a fan of the beef ghost but i not a big beef eater either but was still good. The sauces here are all really superb. Again naan was excellent and broight to table by attemtive waiter. I hosted a event yesterday in this lalquila hall. They deserve zero star. Please don’t do any events there and waste your money. The owner is very greedy from initial point itself when I was booking the event. The day when we went to the event the hall was smelling so bad. They didn’t care at all about the bad smell. Before guest arrives we tried really hard. Bought room fresheners, lighted candles . Nothing worked. Guest started to come. They all felt nauseous and started to feel headache and dizzy. Restrooms are in a small hallway that place is not airy at all and we couldn’t do anything in that area and people have to literally close nose when they step into that area. And when they started to serve dishes all the dishes felt bland. In curries it’s just tomato sauce. And finally when it came to dessert which I ordered shahitukkada it was sos so bad. They made it with some wiered oil. No body ate it.And in the end they asked me extra 60$ for soda for four jugs that they kept on the table with no fizz. Overall it was so so bad. I get messages from them of discounts and I came in today and they won't honor it!!! That's ridiculous! They say that system is no more... seriously then why in the world I came here.. o I just drove an hour drive from my place to come eat here but they are not running a business here it's a big Joke!!! Plus I ask for the name and number of the owner but they won't tell me.. they say to call up at the restaurant number but I don't have that much time to waste to talk to the employee first and then they will hand the phone over to the owner. I'm an entrepreneur and don't like this childish act and behavior of these employees plus this idiot is going to laugh at me Seriously!!! I'm really not like this who will complain and all but this review was Important!!! Don't come here Really...
