This is a beautiful river to follow down when taking a walk since it's right near our home, and the ponds allow for gorgeous scenery if you are looking to sit in a grassy spot and watch the many turtles pop their heads up! The paths are marked and easy to follow, even when having to cross an intersection. There are mosquitos, so wear some type of Off spray if coming during sunset. People walk their dogs here, so be wary of space and make sure all dogs are leashed, for their safety...

Some wet spots near frankford after rainfall, with room to let out at the ends of the trail. Lighting is not ideal for low light conditions and no bathrooms or drinking water available....

My main complaint is it can get crowded and the paved trail is not as wide as other paved trails for bikes so you get a lot of rude people blocking the whole trail who act annoyed when you stop your bike to ask...
