pOpshelf — Local services in Carrollton

This is the only Popshelf that I have ever been to. It is always SO clean and organized. The staff are so incredibly sweet and friendly. Absolutely beautiful home goods, legit art supplies (I'm an artist), well stocked cosmetics with a hair care section to die for. It has everything from fantastic curly hair products to flatirons, diffusers, very high quality claw clips, etc. There are just too many things to list that blew my mind!! On top of everything their prices are insanely low.... like soooo low. I recently had to return an item. There was exactly zero chaotic fuss like at other stores - just presented the item with receipt and I was refunded. This place is the last minute gift gold mine (or the buy ahead and stash away gifts). If you have never been, go! But just be prepared for the amazingness.... you will not leave with empty hands. I should've taken photos. Sorry!! I may take some the next time I go, and edit this review...

Super happy with my shopping here. Was able to return a few unwanted, unused items because I had saved the receipt. It was so easy. Which made me shop more! Found a little plastic bin to fit a particular drawer at home. Made me happy. Bought inexpensive faux floral to put in a flower pot by my front door. Got me some watercolor paper for crafts. And on and on. I recommend popping in to PopShelf about every 2 weeks because you may just find the exact thing for which you've been searching. If you get it home and the color is wrong or it doesn't fit, it's easy to return with the original receipt....

Ordered some stuff online the day before. Pickup window was between 10 and 11 and you are supposed to get a text when it is ready. I called at 10:30 and explained that I would like to get it before 11 if they could fill it sooner. I still never received a text, so I went there a few minutes after 11. The girl working (the same one I spoke to on the phone) went and grabbed items off the shelf while I was waiting. She clearly had done nothing until I arrived. When I confronted her about not doing anything, she just stared at me with blank look and said "thank you". Terrible employee and...
