Five Below — Local services in Carrollton

Went in today when they first opened, had the most horrible experience! There are two workers at the front registers when I walked in. They didn’t even acknowledge me or say hello or how can I help you?I was trying to do a return and the cashier at the counter was standing there texting on her phone took her a few minutes to even look up and notice I was there. I needed assistance getting a shirt down in the cashier, rolled her eyes and looked at me crazy when I told her the size that I needed when I went to go check out and use my return voucher. I was going to use my key in the cashier at the restaurant was like oh no, don’t use your key. That’s gonna mess it up. You’re gonna have to use your nails. I couldn’t get the sticker off for the pin number and I asked if she could help me as she told me flat out that she would not help me do that because she is not messing up her natural nails. The other cashier did offer to help me when I got finished ringing up. They didn’t tell me to have a good day or thank you for shopping. Worst customer service experience ever if they hate their job that bad...

I've gone to this store a couple times, usually I go to Lewisville or The Colony, two great locations. But because this one is closer and we were doing last minute graduation shopping we stop here. Believe me never again, young cashier counted out my single candies after I told her 30, I said I don't steal, she went on to say you won't believe how many people say that and I have to check, ok, there were about 6 others checking out which she or other clerks had no problem, all in front of my grand baby. Then she had the nerves to say you were right there are 30. This could have gone to bad, but being the 70 year old I am I think I handle it. Loved working with the people had a wonderful time opening up a bran new store.The store is one thing but some people is another thing.Becareful if u decide to work there. Eventhough the managers say it's not personal it is they control how many hours they give u and there's nothing u can do about it. If u are friends with people they don't like it will be personal. I went from working alot of hours to only working one day a week I know its only part time but really what is one day a week. I don't like fake Ness or petty Ness I'm too grown from that.
