Update *IT HAS BEEN FIVE WEEKS AND IM STILL WAITING ON A RESOLUTION. I phoned the establishment today to try and get a hold of Olga who took my information and was supposed to review the cameras two weeks ago and get back with me to no avail. Nonetheless, I phoned the establishment today a Steven answered and it went nowhere past āhelloā as he kept saying āhello.ā WORST OF THE WORST SERVICE. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE 100 stars I would!
The email that I was provided with on the review no one has responded. I resulted to driving to the location spoke with Olga who was in contact with a manager of which I have not gotten any feedback or resolution, screenshots were taking my contact information was exchanged and still nothing had transpired. I have been very patient (3weeks with every person I have made contact with pertaining to this matter-a week for each and still NOTHING) with them . Customer service As well as urgency is lacking. I attempted to phone corporate the number listed recruited you to input a code. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received.
I was charged for 20 tacos when in fact I ordered tiny tacos which I never got because I was told they are only accepting cash... I noticed the charge on my banking app. I donāt live in the area therefore I had to drive out there to try and get this rectified as my institution suggested I try to resolve it with the merchant first. I spoke with the manger on duty who reached out to the store manager who asked to get my contact information and would reach out to me the following day. I still have not heard anything from anyone. If matters such as this are not treated as top priority I can only imagine how other matters are handled. At this point itās not even about customer service itās about principle. I never obtained any goods but was charged⦠explain to me how this happens? I would like for this to be corrected ASAP. Corporate, if you happen to see this I would appreciate it if I to speak with someone who actually is interested in resolving this because apparently the store manager does not deem...

This establishment may not look very appealing to the eye, but what the lacks in building maintenance care; they compensate by honest and super star employees. A young man who was working along side another young man, took our order on 11/21/2020 during what appeared to be their rushed hour on a Sunday. I noticed he was really busy making sure our order was just right, he was also very polite. I realized he fail to return my ATM card, but with trying to rush to get home, it skipped my mind to ask for it as well. The next day, I realized it was missing when I went to make my usual breakfast run at my favorite donut shop. I called this Jack in the box and Lydia answered. She is the Manager. I gave her a short description of my ATM and she stated in a very polite and professional manner that it was there. I thanked her for being so honest and that I was on my way to get it. She received me at her store front very kindly. I explained how we have been homeless and I just started working, and how I was so very proud of the young man for being so honest. I believe I thanked her so many times, for her honesty and the young man who I still yet to get his name. It makes me so proud to see our Hispanic heritage, still staying humble and honest. Lydia, thank you! You now have a customer for life. Make sure you keep that young man on your payroll. And tell your corporate office he deserves a big raise. Wish I can post a picture with this young man for his success story but he is too humble, and has not reached out to me yet. This is my remarkable story just in time for the Holidays. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent to pick up a delivery order and there was an older male employee that was sitting in a locked restaurant in the dining room. This confused me since this locations dining and drive through are open 24 hours a day, that information is also posted on the building. I proceeded to knock on the door and he came around and told me there are no workers and there is no cooked food and it was going to be about 30 minutes. I am unsure of his or this locations situation, but I am running into this type of behavior/situation more and more often. I am unsure if the employees of these types of eateries understand that I am getting paid for my time and my grades/ratings depend mostly on how fast and efficient I am. When an eatery is not prepared it changes my stats and ratings which then cause the app algorithms to choose other drivers over me. Then for the rest of my workday I am trying and overworking myself to get back the ratings that get me more high paying deliveries. Now because of the employees flat disrespectful laziness at this location I lost time and money and now have to start over to achieve the status that took me weeks to obtain. People don't understand that when they choose to be lazy and inconsiderate it affects others on a greater scale....for instance, I now have to work harder to fix a situation caused by an inconsiderate employee who doesn't understand that his actions made me look terrible....the worst part is I had no control over it. I really feel that these types of eateries should be banned from driver platforms because of the lack of intelligent supervision and job instruction that includes structure and well planned time management for each employee. In other words Jack-in-the-Box and McDonald's in particular will be the demise of driver...
