Subway — Restaurant in Carrollton

Was not busy and they were rushing for no reason with me and one other guy behind me. Threw my sandwiches together Told the girl 3 times what I wanted. I ordered a subway melt. She rang me up for turkey and ham with bacon added. (Over charged). Got to where I was going and noticed she didn't even put the bacon on it. No chocolate chip cookies. Didn't have the bread I wanted.

And all this was at 2:45pm! No excuse. Definitely not...

Probably the worst subway I've gone too. The staff is rude. The lady got my order wrong after telling her 4 times what I wanted, so I politely commented on it and instead of making me a new one she took off the wrong stuff with her hands and then threw the other stuff on there (cold)

I've stood there many times waiting for someone to ring me up and they're literally texting on their cell phones while you wait there..

Exceptional service! Stopped by for takeout around 6:30 on a Monday night and both young men working were incredibly patient with an elderly customer in front of us who had lots of questions, and then they went on to give us excellent service as well. They both took their time building the sandwiches and obviously took pride in their jobs. We have always had great service at this location, but tonight was even better...
