The park is nice. Lots of places in the back for kids to play. Kids park with benches. Reason why i gave it 3 stars, is the pier is the problem. Has a Great river view, but the bad after 3pm, all the benches get packed with older men with fishing poles. No empty benches at all! On top, not a kid friendly area some of guys were drinking beer, others were cursing super loud and worst 2 couples were fishing and smoking Marijuana. They kept coughing like crazy and the air was sticking so bad! The river breeze was blowing their drugs all over the place! There was not a single adult with kids sitting there! There's need to be more rules about the smoking in a public family area and the benches. I took a picture that shows all the benches are occupied with fishing poles and not a place to sit! On top all 4 bathrooms were closed! We are paying...

All of of the access roads are through parking lots of very ugly industrial warehouse buildings. The entrance to the park is obscured by the...
