Wow wow wow, where do I start. So I called this business around 4pm to get an appointment to tint my wife’s truck. The gentleman answered the phone and got me in 2 hours after that. Keep in mind this business does close at 6pm. Fast forward to 630pm the master tint technician calls me and asks if I can be there by 7, the tint process will take around 2 hours is what was told to me. I agreed and proceeded to cateret to get the tint done. I arrive, he was very welcoming and diligent on explaining the different types of tints, inspecting all windows and pointing out any issues he sees. This takes about 30 minutes. The time is now 730, keep in mind he is already closed for business since 6pm! He starts the process to tint the vehicle and engages in numerous conversations during the time. Literally in 2 hours on the dot the vehicle was complete. I will be brining my other vehicle to be re tinted by him to ensure it’s quality tint and done the correct way. I’ve owned three cars, but this one I did extensive research before I decided to tint it. Not only did I want quality tint, but I also wanted an installer who would take good care of my brand-new Tesla. Unfortunately, my last Tesla had issues weeks after tinting. The driver’s side window control seized up, the interior trim was damaged from cuts, and the tint they claimed to use wasn’t consistent. I had paid for ceramic tint, but I doubt it was the real deal.

So far, my experience has been great. I’ve noticed a few bubbles in the rear glass, but the tint is still curing. He also assured me that his service is covered under warranty, so I’m not worried.
