One of the worst places I’ve ever been to. From the moment I entered the property I was talked down to. Yard jokey we yelling at me because he needed the entire drive so I had to park down where their cars are. Joe is the worst. Told me I was late for an appointment even though I was on the phone when Coyote changed the appointment time. When I told him I know they changed it he immediately started swearing at me. I left to call Coyote when I came back in he called his manager to let them know that I was being a “little kiddy” and he wasn’t going to load me until the end of the day. I called the broker once again. Around 13:30 I decided to bring Joe a bottle of water and two packs of peanut butter crackers. Sort of an apology for getting off on the wrong foot. He wouldn’t take them telling me he was a grown man and only “little kiddies” need snacks. I looked him dead in the eyes and told him there is no need to be rude. He smiled and said I know. Finally 15:40 and was just assigned a door. I’ve been here since 11:30 and my appointment was re set to 12:30 before I arrived due to traffic. I don’t care how well this load pays its not worth getting talked down to people who’s paycheck are reliant...

I can only speak for my experience at this Pickup. I got there at 10:30 there were 2 trucks already in the door, I checked in and my appointment was for 1pm. The shipper told me to wait 5 minutes until the person in door 6 was loaded and back in after. Literally nit even 5 minutes driver pulled out I was in at 10:45am and out by 11:05am!
