Alfredos Pizzeria & Restaurant — Restaurant in Carteret

First of all, this is not really a "restaurant". It's a pizza place that has a large menu. You come in and stand at the counter where a non-personality woman takes your order and you pay. Then you try to find a table to sit at. If you sit first and wait for a "server" you will sit there forever. After ordering, then you WAIT again. Finally someone in the kitchen comes out with an order and walks around trying to find who ordered it! You don't get a number nor are the tables numbered. There were numerous people going up to the counter looking for their food.

And forget the "Italian" reference here. There ain't any here other than patrons who saw the Itaian colours outside. Mexico and Tajikistan, among other have the same colours. Pastrami, reubens, quesadilla, Jamaican patties and fajitas are on the menu also. The food is not that bad but warning! If you order pizza and are used to folding it to eat, the CENTER FALLS OUT! So be sure to have lots of paper napkins on hand. And yes, you have to ask for silverware too!

I've been frequenting this restaurant for quite a while a little over a year not by choice but it is the only thing that is close to where I work every time I eat here they always succeed at disappointment when it comes to food. food is mid and the treatment brings it all down to zero really but change the attitude or the cashier or order taker because it is unnecessary to be talked to in a rude manner when you did absolutely nothing but take your time to look at the giant menu above their heads. constantly asking what you want? ever two seconds while we’re trying to check out the menu… being abruptly rude when we asked if we can get just flats for wings. really unnecessary. order on the phone if you have...
