Went here for a slice today and the sign at the door said open, but the door was locked... A worker unlocked the door to let me in and shortly after placing my order I noticed that the male worker was not letting the middle school kids in... So I asked him why are you not letting the kids in to buy food? He said there was an incident the day before where one of the kids ordered and didn't pay and there was other kids with him making noise and refusing to leave... I thought ok maybe these are the same kids so I went about my business... While I'm eating my food a few more kids came to the door alone with money in their hand and they still refused service... I must admit it made me very uncomfortable and upset... I said to the worker you are refusing service to all the children and I don't think that's right... It's one thing to refuse service to the trouble makers, but to put all the kids in the same category it's totally unacceptable and not right... I told the lady that takes the order that some parents work and the only thing some of these children have to eat is a slice of pizza until their parents get home from work (at whatever time that is)... How can this business owner do such thing... This was a heartbreaking unforgettable experience for me... There is too many bad things going on in this world... I am definitely boycotting this place... As for the food, not great... The place needs thorough cleaning and the valance on their window look like it hasn't been changed since they open for business...
Read moreOrdered online for delivery and site confirmed they were able to deliver to address. Waited an hour and nothing came. Finally called restaurant and was told we do not deliver to address and will refund money. So if I didn't call basically I would have waited all night and no pizza? They were busy and that was the reason given why they didn't call yet in terms of charging my card was immediate. Poor customer service and they should have called me if they were not able to deliver. More importantly fix your website ordering platform that incorrectly says delivery is available for address.

Alredros Pizza Google page has an order online link which only has toasttab.com as your only platform. That's where I ordered and am sure you are aware as you get notification once order is placed. This is in your control, otherwise remove online ordering, simple.
There are other reviews with same issue ordering from toastab.com and not receiving pizza until they call themselves to find out from you their address is not in range.
Hope you learn to take accountability rather than make excuses, fix your delivery range in toasttab.com (I am ~7 miles away,
Read moreThis is hands down the worst pizzeria I’ve ever been to—and I’ve lived in Carteret for over 20 years.
They are beyond cheap with their portions. You pay full price and get half-filled plates, like they’re doing you a favor. The wings? Rock-hard, dry, and taste like they were cooked days ago and just reheated in a microwave. The buffalo pizza is an absolute joke—barely any chicken, zero cheese, undercooked crust, and a sauce that tastes like watered-down hot sauce from a gas station. It’s not just bad—it’s inedible.
And don’t even get me started on the service. The Filipino woman behind the counter is incredibly rude, talks down to everyone, and acts like she owns the town just because they run a pizzeria. She treats customers like they’re a nuisance instead of the reason the doors are open. Her attitude is nasty and unprofessional every single time.
This place has no pride in their food, no respect for their customers, and no reason to still be in business. It’s clear they think being one of the only pizza joints in Carteret means they don’t have to try. Well, they’re wrong.
We deserve better in this town. Carteret has gone too long without a decent pizza place, and this one is dragging the bar even lower. Save your money and your appetite—go...
