We purchased both our wedding rings here and spent thousands. Because we were spending so much money the sales girl said they would take off the amount that tax would have been. When we get up to pay they wouldn’t do it. This should have been a sign. I got a sapphire, not the traditional diamond, and the next day in regular light you could tell the stone was cracked on the corner. So we go back. They told us I must have broken it but that they would replace the stone this time. The stone was smaller and not as clear. I was upset and didn’t want to cause drama which was why I just left. I just didn’t see how I could have broken it when I never hit it on anything and in less than 24 hours. Plus they fix it but with a smaller stone and less clarity and one of the brackets was significantly bent in to hold the smaller stone. We haven’t purchased any more...

Most unhappy! Completely dissatisfied! Went to have a stone set in a pendant necklace. When the salesperson and I were discussing the setting she showed me pictures of the settings which included the chain. Knowing it was a necklace why in the world would you not mention the chain is separate?????? So, completely unprepared when I picked up the “necklace” I had to buy a chain. This was my second time using this jeweler - not impressed the 1st but decided to try them again. Never again! I assume if I was spending $1000s instead of $100s my experiences would have been very different! Going back to Shaneco where I have always received impeccable service!
