Target — Local services in Cartersville

I ordered some gym shorts for my son online to be picked up in store. When I went to the store to pick them up, the employee couldn't find them. It seems someone had accidentally given them to another customer, thinking it was part of their order. All the employees I spoke with were very helpful, they gave me a $5 gift card and let me pick out any shorts I wanted at the same price I had paid for the ones I originally ordered, since they no longer had the size I needed in stock. A little frustrating but I think they made up for it. The thing that bugged me the most (and this may seem strange!) was that the changing table in the women's restroom (which wasn't very clean) was right in front of the door. So when I was changing my daughter's diaper, everyone that walked in or happened to be right outside the bathroom door, could see me changing her. Now, I know I like privacy when I'm using the restroom and I think it would be nice if the little ones being changed had some privacy too. The changing table should be in a stall, or at the very least further into the bathroom so it's not the first thing you see when you walk in the door and isn't visible from outside...

Excellent shopping experience! Have shopped here for years anyway, but recently had a particulary great experience. I had bought a television, but upon unpacking at home, found that the screen had been cracked evidently in shipping. Returned to the store and the manager personally met with me and apologized for the inconvience and immediately took care of the exchange. Every associate ( and there were several) took an interest and worked with the manager in the process of getting the exchange. The guest services folks were great also.The exact TV I had bought was out of stock and the shipment would have been several days. The manager exchanged the TV and provided me with the same brand but in a slightly larger screen- at no additional cost. She told me that she was truly sorry for the inconvenience. The associate unboxed the replacement tv and inspected it and actually hooked it up to make sure it was good to go. He then carefully repackaged it and sealed the box. All I can say is this- It was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had...

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! CREEP EMPLOYEE WORKING AT NIGHT!!! I’ve been a frequent shopper at the Cartersville target since moving here two years ago. It’s usually a decent place and they keep a good selection of collectibles, clothes, etc., but I will absolutely NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AT NIGHT ANY MORE!!! The past few times I have gone in, there was a male employee, middle aged, possibly hispanic man wearing glasses who would stare at female customers and he seemed to linger around any female employee for an obvious length of time. Women protect women! It was so uncomfortable!!! I couldn’t even finish what I had gone to buy in the first place! Ladies beware! It’s possible that he’s taking photos as well, he would hold his phone at certain unnatural angles for WAY TO LONG! With all the human trafficking going on in Cartersville, I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS STORE ALONE ANY MORE!!! Do better target! This is UNBELIEVABLE!!! IF I COULD RATE A ZERO STARE...
