Arrived at 7:20 and asked for a lo mein and fried rice. It took until after 8pm to get food. I waited for over 5 minutes to be greated or helped. I watched the sushi chef make rolls with no gloves while wiping his face and nose. The front refused my order and told me to sit at the bar to place it. After my 50 minute wait the Lo mein was chopped up noodles, chicken and purple cabbage... Also for $18 the to go box should have been full, This was barely half. I watched another table that was seated wait for 10 minutes before getting any waiter and that was after asking for someone. Another woman had to walk to the sushi bar and get her own food and drink. Horrible service. Slow service and basic food. Should have gone to the restaurant near gamestop instead.

The food was great, probably the best seaweed salad I've had. It's a quaint place, and we went pretty late so there weren't many servers. The sushi took awhile to come out, but I think that was a day and time thing and the chef wasn't in a rush. *Edit* Service was slow again going a second time. It seems that unless you're sitting at the Hibachi table, you get very little service. I don't know if they are understaffed, or don't staff well on a weeknight, but no one seems to be in a rush for anything. Waitress only came by 1 time aside from us getting our food. Which we sat at the sushi bar this time hoping we would get food faster and that was not the case.

Carlos has been our server every time we come in. He's always super friendly and always on top of apps, drinks, refills, clearing plates, etc. Carlos always makes us feel welcome and jokes around with us. Its always a great time. We LOVE him!!!! Our food has always been top notch. We always get the tokyo dinner for two, and my brother in law gets the ninja dinner. Apps, soup, salad, and entree are always coursed very well and the chefs are always amazing!!!! This our new go to place, even though we drive from calhoun to come eat.

I went here on my birth in February and it was great, fast service and good food. But I’m here right now, and the service pretty slow but I’m going to assume it’s bc it’s a little busy and There’s only 3 servers running around. But what I’m upset about is I ordered the SASHIMI appetizer which comes with 8 pieces of sashimi. First they gave me the sushi appetizer which has 4 pieces and a cucumber roll. So I asked for a menu to see if I read it wrong and called the waitress back and she said it was for a different table and took it away. So then, I get brought back the same sushi appetizer just with different types of fish. So again I ask the waitress and I explain what I originally asked for. It took about 15 min for them to bring out what I actually ordered and still only had 5 pieces of fish on it, Not 8. At least I wasn’t over charged. But...

We are from out of town, and stopped by to eat late on our way home. Rating is based on food and bathroom. Did not get sushi, cannot attest to that. All in all, staff was friendly so no complaints there. The rice was tasty (fried and white) The chicken we had was dry for both of our dishes. Vegetables were cooked ok, but lacked seasoning. It very much seemed like we could have spent substantially less and have the same meal at home with less dry chicken, and not powder ramen broth. It seemed very obvious the dishes were frozen food that could be easily purchased at Walmart. We don't sit down eat out often, but when we do go out, I don't want to feel like I could cook a better meal myself. Especially when we are spending more than 40$ for two people. Regarding the bathroom, had we used the bathroom prior to eating, we would not...

I visited this location with a large group of 10 people. I ordered the Vegetable Hibachi. I was disappointed to find that the vegetable entree dish was only ~1/2 cup of vegetables. This is a single serving of vegetables per MyPlate. I would have anticipated at least 1 cup of vegetables for a vegetable entree. Those who ordered a meat hibachi entree received (in some cases) more vegetables even though this Vegetable Hibachi was supposed to an entree dish. I was skipped over to be offered an appetizer shrimp despite the person next to me vocalizing that I'd like try one. They brought drinks with straws already in them without giving guests the option to NOT use single use plastic. Overall, the quality of the food did not make up for the poor etiquette and portion sizes. I would not recommend this eatery in its...
