Wife was shopping. I am in heart failure and on Lacics (a water pill). Lacics said Now. Spent 15 minutes looking for restroom or someone to point me there. Finally, an older man came toward the back wearing a ROSS tag (coming into work) and asked if I needed help. Yes, no one on floor and restrooms seem hidden. He stated he was heading that way. We went to a keypad lock door that said ROSS employees only. NOT COOL. He said that apparently all new ROSS stores are being designed that way. So, what if you are on medication or because of some medicine side effect or an unexpected stomach virus or bad food you need a restroom NOW? The next door dressing rooms were closed and NO one on the floor to ask. Staffed like a Eddie Lambert store (SEARS) which means no staff and hidden and locked restrooms. I can't shop in...

Wasn't pleased with the selection or the prices. Just needed a tshirt in small. There was only a few to choose from, I could have gotten a dress top 14. That made me look pregnant, a red tshirt 13. With an out dated logo on the front, a plain black 6. As was all plain tshirts or 7.50 for some with little rhinestones made me think they should have been velvet material. Nonthing I would have worn twice therefore I didn't want to pay these prices. I had also picked up a few things, body wash , rose soap, make up cuticle set and underware set which I was settling for a size to big but was just so tired from searching the store for a decent short sleeve shirt that I set it down and left. Very limited selection of items in ladies shoes & toddler clothes. The purse section was the worst. Unattractive purses and very limited selection. It's like they got just a few of the rejects and leftovers from another store. A big difference compared to their grand opening day/week when the entire section was very well stocked with very nice purses. I was scared I was going to spend all my money on just that section. It should be like that all the time, but the last few visits, they've had a very poor selection of purses. Some parts of the store make it look like they are going out of business.
