Historic Phelps House — Attraction in Carthage

What a beautiful old home. We go there every two years, on the first Saturday of December. They have a tour of several homes, located in Carthage, that have been decorated for Christmas,. Tea is scheduled at several times during the day and is served at the Phelps house. The sandwiches, savories and sweets served are always delicious. I take several friends and we always enjoy it.
