Uskana Pizza — Restaurant in Carthage

I am not a big fan of most Italian foods. That being said, I love this restaurant and their food! We are from out of state and was looking for something local for dinner. We ordered spinach ravioli which came with 2 garlic French knots, and the stromboli. The food was amazing! The marinara sauce, excellent! Being from Texas, we know ice tea and this restaurant has great ice tea whether you like it sweet or unsweet. Our service was top notch! Our server was Giana. She cared for us like we were family! She got our orders right, she brought us to go boxes for our excess food including napkins and flatware since we told her we were staying in a hotel locally. Giana asked why we were in town, and we held a very friendly conversation. Might be some of the best pizza I’ve had. Really great dough sauce cheese and bake! I don’t know how they do it but the undercarriage is perfectly charred yet light and fluff on top leading to the best bend and texture I’ve ever had! This is why people LOVE pizza! Great variety of toppings, really good value, and great draft beer in frosty mugs! Beats a lot of high price pies in big cities. Really lucky to have a gem like this...

The service was absolutely amazing. Great friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious. We ordered two pizzas and garlic knots as well as a skillet cookie. Everything came out in a very timely manner.
