Alim Hibachi Grill and Sushi Japanese Express — Restaurant in Carthage

We ordered some sushi like we normally do, drove home which is a couple blocks away. Opened it up, and sat down to taste the warmest beyond room temp piece of sushi we have ever eaten! I don't know if it was left by the grill or what but when we called to tell them, they told us to "just put it in the fridge to cool the rice". I'm more concerned about how long the raw pieces stayed warm. This is a serious health hazard. They offered to remake it but I'm too scared to even try anymore. If I could give 0 star I would. I bought this yesterday at around 6 pm, it is currently 10:15 am. I immediately placed this food in my refrigerator to preserve it for today. To my surprise, the rice is spoiled and I paid $40 for both plates through door dash ! I can't even express with words how disappointed I am after spending my hard earned money on this food and now I won't even know what it tastes like. I love the spices used in the shrimp!! Can't say I've had anything like it, but it's seriously so good. I have been craving sushi for a long time, and I am amazed with the quality, flavor, and varieties available. I got the Alim Special Roll and Alaska, but I am eager to come back and try more!
